I just arrived home to U.K. after a weekend in Amterdam with my son. We went to watch Andre Rien in Concert Wow one of the best nights of my life !!!!!!!
The Dutch are very proud of there Andre Rieu and his music, there wonderful dinner out doors, and i have sat outdoors many times and had wonderful dinners in Berlin, Germany with listening to beautiful music, and thank you very much for this video.
The Dutch have every right to be proud of Andre Rieu. He is one of the best ambassadors for the Netherlands worldwide and has well and truly put Maastricht on the map.
I never realised that there was such a performance before the actual performance. To me this is showmanship at a very high standard and certainly gets the crowd in the mood before the concert. It can be good or bad depending on your individual taste.
We were lucky enough to go to this concert in 2018 and we LOVED it! We had a backstage tour in the afternoon, then in the evening front row seats, and we followed the band through the town for the most amazing concert. An incredible experience.
Just saw his concert at the Cineplex. If you get a chance to see it go! Its incredible. You forget you are at a theatre. I had tears in my eyes and clapped along with everyone else. Cant wait for it to come out on dvd. I did see him live in Toronto Canada and he looked at me and smile and waved his violin. A moment I will never forget/

In December of 2007, I was present at your first concert in Toronto, Canada. I was sitting in the first row and melted my heart in the waves of your music. A month later I was diagnosed with colon cancer, but I survived and still keep my love to you and your music.
I also think it's great that the event is more than just the concert itself. the fact that there is dinner before the actual concert and pre concert activities, for me at least would make it so memorable and even more worth the price if admission.
