I don't now why but I'm not hating this Bentley as much as when I first saw it. At the time I thought it was far and away the ugliest SUV on the market and it probably still is, but I'm being slowly seduced partly because I love car interiors and no one, and I mean no one, does car interiors like Bentley.
Have a look at it. it's just an Audi Q7 with a big engine. The Range Rover Autobiography has the same level of finish, plus genuine offroad ability, a transfer box and 36 inches wading depth.
Okay! No swearing please. Anyway, this luxury vehicle from the front and rear looks a bit like an aggressive beast but with a fat front and rear. This is my opinion. Some people may have different opinions. I expressed only my feelings. The interior looks high tech. The exterior just looks a bit weird compared to the Mercedes professional design.
The interior of the Bentley is a bit like the Tesla Model S. Bentley probably spent more time on the interior and and technology. They were probably more concerned about how the driver would feel to drive it. Or maybe Bentley wanted to make it look beefy.
I just don't think it's big enough...sounds odd but with Range Rovers being half the price but bigger and scarier on the road it will annoy alot of potential customers
S Miller Bentayga is actually longer (and longer wheel base) and wider than Range Rover. It’s actually a bigger vehicle. But it’s lower, so visually it looks smaller.
I have no doubt this is an awesome vehicle and it will sell like cupcakes (in a certain 1%-er community), but I simply can't swallow the design. It's awkward and simply ugly. They've could've done a much better job, especially when you think that some of the current Bentley cars are beautiful.
So the auto trader staff go on an all expenses holiday & what a surprise they say a car which contains a clock costing more then s Range Rover is perfect in every single way. What a surprise, maybe auto trader should credit RU-vid subscribers with a bit more intelligence? Give us a proper review and maybe point out some of this cars downsides?
why does anyone give a shit about the top speed, it makes the tires much more expensive, and no one will actually go that top speed, even on the autobahn... acceleration is all that matters in real world scenarios
Is that bold ass head man telling me that America is the land of SUV Rolls Royce: England (Europe) Range Rover: England (Europe) Audi: Alemania (Europe) Mercedes: Alemania (Europe) Jaguar: England (Europe) Bentley: England (Europe) BMW: Alemania (Europe) Come on dude, most of the best car brands are from Europe
This would be the last on my wish list, in fact it would be on the list, period! If this is the best Bentley can do, I would like to repecfully request they revisit their strategic plan because this vehicule would be better suited to a Lada offering!
I really enjoyed your review! I found it informative, relaxed and objective. (I had to wade through a couple of really irritating reviews, before I found your one.)
+mclaren855 dont take this the wrong way. I m european, and european reviewers tend to point out things that really interest me. America and Europe have highly different roads , highways and cities. Thats why certain things at/in a car tend to be differently appreciated by european and american customers. That is why I usually prefer watching european reviewers. I tend to relate more with what they are saying about a vehicle. That said, i do love Engineering Explained(for the delivery that he has, technical information and entertainment value of his videos) and the guys over at Motor Trend Channel are also very good. But i just relate better with europeans, like this guy, Matt over at Carbuyer, Carfection and Carthrottle. Each of them for different reasons.
+Ryan Mitchell Bentley : let's make an suv very good off road even if we are 100% sure that our clients will never do off road !!! and let's make it go 187 mi/h because it will be used in center of London at 5 mi/h !!!! f..k the environment!
I like it but I would prefer a sedan because it would have same thing and it would be more comfortable and it's not like u will be going off-road with the suv
