It’s 2021. Have had a 2016 Malibu with the smaller engine and leather interior. The apple car play and android auto works like it should and the infotainment system works better and smoother than some brand new cars. There is almost no perceivable lag and everything seems to work. Plus, it’s a great middle class style. The ride is comfortable and firm like most modern sedans. This will continue to be a great car and will soon make an amazing family car when my baby arrives
worlds better than the old one its one of the biggest in its segment yet one of the lightest not to mention best connectivity and top in class MPG looks like a winner.
3:12 at the time Android Auto was still being finalized by GM FOR THE 8'' MY LINK SYSTEM. The base radio 7'' came with Android Auto out of the box. GM later pushed a free upgrade for AA but I missed out so $150 later I have AA in my '16 1LT. Still use it to this day with my Pixel 3a.
I went from a 1994 Saturn sc2 to a 2016 malibu and omg i love it so much. I run 91 octane fuel as the tsb says to and still getting the 27 in city but I'm getting 50-60 mpg on freeway with a 1.5t malibu and its awesome
I had this problem too. It comes up once in a blue moon. Apparently its an easy fix and less than $15 with the Factory AC Delco part. There is a harness adapter below the shifter (got to pull apart the center console to replace)
