2016 Honda Pilot Tips & Tricks The home screen of your 2016 Honda Pilot is fully customizable, allowing you to add, remove, and arrange application icons, access your smartphone, and browse music options.
is there a way to get the radio forward button to cycle Sirius channels in order like 1 2 3 instead of skipping only to saved channels for instance Lithium to Octane?
Really? When? I mean, your response was 8 months ago. Oh, and while we continue to wait, any word on a fix for the stupid "transfer" issue when making calls from Adroid phones? It's quite ridiculous, and a safety issue, that one have to guess when the person answers the call to be able to hit "transfer" on the scree to have a hands free conversation. Really, who the hell gave the green light to this fiasco of infotainment system?
Use the menu button on the left side of the steering wheel keep pressing it, you will see tire pressures then compass direction then trip, fuel distance and MPG.
hope that honda will recall honda pilot 2016 for change the LCD setting to mirror our phone.. in all honda vehicle, i think honda pilot doesn't have Mirrorlink/carplay.. the honda dealer told me that i can use my phone to mirror into the screen dashboard..
Why would you believe what the saleman said by the time you're about buying the car? I always do thorough research every little details for months from interior to exterior whichever car that grabs my attention.
This is a very informative video. I own a 2016 Pilot Touring, but I cannot download any apps or widgets now, because the version of google on my car isn't supported any longer. It is functionally useless. My dealership tells me that it can't do anything about it. Honda Tech Support says that there are no updates. I'm very unhappy with this system and support.
Same here i find it weird that the usb key that i try to update or install apps cannot be detected because the OS is way out of date. Also you cannot update the OS yourself. horrible
The 16 Pilot is a very good vehicle, However the touch screen system is absolute shit. It would be much better with a regular old school radio. A drunk driver texting is less distracted than a pilot owner just trying to change the channel or volume.
ADP the steering wheel controls do not replicate every function. There should not be tv screens on the dash of a car, if a person needs that level of entertainment while driving they shouldnt be driving.
So why are cops ticketing drivers for touching their cell phones when cars like this have friggin laptops in the dashboard ? This tech is way too distracting and a pain in the ass when driving.
This new display audio system is terrible. We own a 2016 Pilot Elite and it's borderline unusable. A CarPlay/android auto update would make it somewhat useful but Honda claiming they can't update it, rather than just admitting they won't update it. Would have more respect for Honda if they were honest about it.
