2016 Infiniti Q50 oil maintenance light reset

I don’t understand your explanation on resetting oil maintenance. Your showing 9942, then you press both buttons and claim it’s reset? But your numbers still show the same 9942. It does not reset to 0.

Oil change message still on guage cluster? Press both page buttons on steering wheel at same time and hold. This resets interval in cluster.
