used to hunt deer professionally inland from Kekerengu just before the quake... that destroyed the farm house i stayed i whe a fault opened up underneath it.
I lived in Welly for the chch quakes but lived chch by the time of Kaikoura quake; it was the nost terrifying thing i experienced at that point in my life and the tsunami sirens haunt my nightmares
