2016 Living Legend Awardee, BG (R) Peter Dawkins 

Brigadier General Peter Dawkins, USA Retired received our 2016 Living Legend Award. As the Army's last Heisman trophy winner and a Rhodes Scholar, General Dawkins received the award for his excellence as an athlete and academic while at the United States Military Academy and for his leadership as a Cadet and as a Soldier to our Nation and its Army.
