+Seif Alhajri never said the hood was ugly had the hood sent to me twice had problems customer service was horrible but I wish you luck if you get one the end of the day I had to pay somebody else to fix it

+Steven Mercado thanks brotha. yes it is Def the lighting not to mentioned my car was dirty as hell with a freshly painted hood on. Afterwards I got the whole car washed and waxed and it is perfect!

you know what dude now that im whippled I wish I would have paid attention to that when I was completely stock cause I ask myself that also wish I could compare stock to Whipple to now with the hood.

thejhp Jun I'm assuming you mean the harness for the hoods blinkers. I just tucked them away behind the hood struts base on the hood side

Completely agree love everything about this car but the hood

i agree to up this point i liked everything he did with this car, except the exterior,i personally would have went with roush low profile rear spoiler and thats it no rear window covers or cervini hood,the rest of the car is fine,i like the color probably my favorite for mustang.

I will say, the stock hood sucks ass at cooling the engine. Not to mention, the heat extractors are higher up on the hood, so the rising heat will escape easier.......and at the same time, you'll actually be able to see the right turn signal indicator!! LOL

It's 40 pounds heavier than stock

lol can you tell I've tried a couple different "intros" haha there's only so much I can do using the go pro studio. I have light room and final cut pro just don't know how to use them lol.

I totally agree with you I'm one who believes that "the mustang" is now heading towards an import type vibe and look not from factory but from some of the mods I see now a days. I absolutely do not like it. it's def not my style at all. hence why I said "I'm not for the tuner look at all" in my eyes the mustang will always be and needs to stay an American muscle car. To me that screams aggressiveness all around. the side louvers and scoops have always been a mustang signature since the 60's fastbacks I am totally against non functional scoops but in the mustangs case it just ties in the retro/modern styling all on one car. I originally wanted to do a fake scoop on the stock hood but realized it would still just be non functional stuff. so I went with this hood and honestly I just think it looks mean AF! so there's the modern twist to it. The spoiler I chose because it really reminded me of the stock 95 gt spoilers (ford's last 5.0 before the 4.6) and the last mustang I actually liked before it came back in 2010 I believe on the s197 platform. it also has some of the same styling characteristics as the spoilers on the 02-03 cobras. I will be doing rims and tires but besides that I also think I am done with cosmetics. my set up will be on staggered tires and I plan on making my rear look wide and aggressive not tucked in and slammed to the ground (again not my style) Thanks for watching brotha!

I had the same dilemma 2013 used gt500 (low miles) or a new build exactly to my taste and order s550 GT. I don't regret my decision at all but I still very much want a gt500... which just means I'll have to get one later when they come back out and better than ever! lol 😉

If you order from the Cervini website, they can prepaint it for you. I think it varies in cost depending on what color you get, but it's much cheaper than going to a shop.
