Gustavo Degollado from what I've researched, it looks like the small bolt to frame is 63 lbft, and bolt to nut is 77 lbft... but for me, being so low, i just put the Kung-Fu on them till I can get it off the ground.

in the drivers side did you have a hard time running the longer bolt through

+Gustavo Degollado The bolt slipped in with no issues, and should for you as well. You might need to hold the hook with one hand and wiggle it a little while slipping the bolt through. Might not be aligned if you use one hand.

Cut the bolt & install one coming in the opposite side

@@BigJoshE84 This is what I'm about to do on my 2017 Silverado LTZ. The bolt costs $12, the nut $6.

Hell yeah I got the same problem. Worried if I cut it it might still be threaded then I'm stuck with a stud with no way to get it out
