Thanks man, helpful vid. Tip, cut the new box down to just a sleeve and slip it under the old filter before removing. Make sure it doesn't slide out when you remove the old filter. This will prevent leaves and debris from falling down into the fan below.
It can take you between 30 to 45 minutes and just pay for the filter or you can take you truck to the dealership and spend a couple of hours in the waiting room and pay double or triple. So I think it's worth the work and a good investment on some tools.
