Hi Paul, Have you had any oil burn issues with the car. Mine is at 92k and burns roughly 0.35-.40 quarts every 1k miles. I went through the manual and was thinking to use one grade thicker oil, 5w-30, at least during the hot summer months. I just recently noticed the Oil burn about 10,000 miles ago. I always have gotten full synthetic oil every 4-5k miles. I changed the PCV valve already so hoping that helps. What are you thoughts on using the thicker oil. I've seen many people 5w-20 is just better for fuel economy and is recommended mainly for USA fuel economy regulations (I believe in the EU and other parts of the world they do not recommend 5w-20) While 5w-30 is better for protecting the engine. What are your thoughts on this.
