Finally a review of the Scrambler by a tall biker. Amen! Was it comfortable to ride for more than 2 hours.......have heard conflicting reports about that saddle? Great summary of all the important to know facts for those of us seriously considering buying one. The only thing that's missing for me is what kind of range we should expect from the 17L tank?
Hi Byron, the seat is no touring seat that is for sure but neither is the bike so it is no real issue. In terms of fuel range, these Boxer twins are not too bad on fuel and 300km is not out of the question freeway use, 250 around town.
Nice sound when you get up in the rev range. I got one but without taction control, I think It possible turn that and the ABS off if you hav ASC. Karoo tires work like sharm on gravel.
