Thanks for the review! I'd definitely rock one of these as a fun/weekend car. You know, if I had the money to burn. haha Considering what it is, how it's made, the time put into it, and the BMW tie-in, I'm not surprised by the price and think it's fitting for the vehicle. Seems like a high-quality build from a very small company so nothing is mass produced and will cost orders of magnitude more than something that is. Sounds like they're working on one that's roughly half-price (targeting $30k USD) so that might appeal more to the masses. I have a feeling most of the people complaining about the price will still find that too expensive though.
Because cars in the 30's were not very safe. A and b pillars on cars were almost nonexistent. There were no crumple zones and any pedestrian who got hit back in the 30's would be much more likely to die.
Get an old one and modify it to todays motorcycle tech. This is an easy project vehicle. A wrecked modern bike might be cheap. Check out some of the custom ones on youtube. I live near where they make them and I have seen so many tricked out ones for sale. Everybody starts modifying them the minute they get one! 70 000 ... Never!
O shit, finally I found this! I saw this on one rap music video, asking everybody what is that, no one knew to answer me. :) #PhilthyRich - Fuck I Look like
...no sense paying $80k for a machine that has poor crash protection and an engine from a $16k motorcycle. That's what happens when people are bored and have no clue of the value of money. That is what separates the full of debts "rich people" from the "wealthy ones". Great video thou!
Theres a bright orange one in my area, but as soon as i start making car videos for youtube, its nowhere to be found and im dying to make a chase video
Please for the love of cars do an in-depth review of the bac mono. There is no such content for that car and I would like to see something in your format. thanks!!!
I rode motorcycles for 40 years and I retired from them ,I would take my 2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder over this anytime and pocket the extra money for something useful.
Cool vehicle! The front reminds me of a lizard or something XD but I think it is VERY cool. When you get the chance I would like to see the 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition.
SDD525 it's not even fucking close to top performance motorcycles... and performance cars that are 70 grand are cars, with protection and convenience. This a crazy fun go cart on steroids
SDD525 and again, it isn't even fucking close to a fast production motorcycle... not sure why that's complicated. It's slower than all the 600 classes, not to mention the 1k class and the "sport fat crotch rocket thingy class" (I think the official class for Zx14 and hayabusa). It's much slower than than the v twin sport bikes like the Ducati's, and would most likely get outrun by the sport cruisers (diavel, vmax etc). 0-60 in low 4's isn't fast, that's mustang GT golf R quick.... sure, that's fairly fast, but those are 40K cars... this is 70, and not a car. Yes, it's awesome, yes, I'd take it if given to me, but it isn't even close to 70K value. You could tow a BMW 1000RR with your golf R for less money, and both would outrun it or stay right with it. I'm not knocking the Rex, but the pricey is absurd
