Why do you fish overkill tackle and not stop the boat? No fun when it's just a mechanical drag out why not just use winches and "robots". Having caught plenty wahoo and King mackerel the rush is in feeling these fish run and burn line off lighter tackle. Lame vid!
John Zulu i never stop the boat when reeling wahoo in and also a 50w is not overkill, these fish will take 200 yards on their first run and having the line capacity and drag is essential
They use heavy tackle and horse the fish in because of the shark problem in the islands.Its the same thing in the Bahamas,we use bent butt 80s and try to get them in as fast as we can ,otherwise the tax man comes along and eats your hoo
