Love watching these old races. So nice to see an organization that actually cares about it's fans and viewers. That being said, it's a shame you've stopped uploading them 😋 but thanks none the less.

Who else thinks there should be a "Draft" champoinship in superbike racing? Stay with me: Let's take the usual competitors for instance and let's say this is how the champoinship of the year ended so we have: 1. Marquez - Repsol Honda 2. Pedrosa - Repsol Honda 3. Lorenzo - Movistar Yamaha 4. Rossi - Movistar Yamaha 5. Dovizioso - Ducati 5. Crutchlow - LCR Honda etc So we have the 2 repsol honda's taking the top positions with Yamaha close behind - This is how most championships end up let's be honest - But instead of the following year Repsol, Yamaha, Ducati and the other teams clinging on to their 2 main riders, ALL riders enter a draft for the following year much like the NFL or NHL in the US. However, instead of the new upcoming players/riders coming into the league from the moto 2 and 3, the current GP winner gets put in at #1 pick (Marquez) but the racing team that came last gets the chance to choose them. For aguments sake lets say Aprilia came last in the championship, they would then gain Marquez with perhaps Suzuki taking Pedrosa and perhaps Monster Yamaha gain Lorenzo. We then see Repsol and Movistar having to carefully choose their riders from what's left, in this case Elias and Bautista get the Repsol rides with Miller and Redding getting the Movistar Yamaha rides. Now imagine what the champoinship could become with the fastest riders on the lower-factory rides and the lower ranking riders on the M1's of the championship? This would level out some of the teams and make for some fantastic racing. It would also lead to certain riders trying to push for higher places but also some riders letting races go in hopes of getting a better ride the following year, this is where we would see more difference in podiums. Additionally to this, teams could trade things for their picks. Let's say Redbull racing made a deal with Repsol for an upcoming rider from 125's. Repsol could give Suzuki that rider in exchange for a second place pick where they hope to get Pedrosa back, guaranteeing Suzuki a possible winning rider much like Marquez and Rossi were in their 125 days. THey could even trade engineers between teams for better draft places. IMagine a Repsol engineer going to LCR for instance. It'd be so interesting! From a fan's point of view, you could be a fan of a team such as Repsol and follow them regardless of their rider choice or indeed follow riders much like people have followed Rossi throughout his career as he has chaged manufactror racing for almost all of the main brands of bike now. Either hace a collection of differnet teams with your riders number on it or have loads of manufacturer clothing from different years with different riders every year. We'll then see which riders and teams ar really the best and can adapt the quickest. Could even be every other year rather than every year and have everyone on 2 year contracts. That'd be sweet in my opinion. Comment below your thoughts people of RU-vid!
