Ceccon, Martinenghi and Burdisso all are major contenders in their strokes! It’s such a trip to look back and see them at such a young age knowing now what they would do. Ceccon is 52 low in the 100 back and barely missed out on a medal at the olympics, Martinenghi medaled in the 100 breast and Burdisso medaled in the 200 fly. Idk what they feed their juniors in Italy, but man, they are consistent

If he hadn't said that, you wouldn't have known how great of a performance they put together. Instead, you'd be like "wow those Italians really choked their lead away".
