When I saw the old 390 review the first time, I was wondering how will he control the wheelie because his right foot was down on the ground. But, in this video, he has his right foot on the pegs so that he can use the rear brake to control the angle... A great example of a rider who is learning continuously despite the level of riding.

So in two and half years and 22000kms of owning the KTM RC390 I have replaced:- Radiator fan: 5 times Coolant: 5 times Stator assembly: 1 time Roll on sensor: 1 time Air filter box: 2 times Rear wheel speed sensor: 1 time Fuel pump: 1 time HT coil: 1 time Head Gasket: 2 times Now again my fan has failed and now the bike is burning oil idk how. All this inspite of getting the bike serviced on time from authorised service centre. So please think twice before you buy a KTM product! 😂😂 #ktmindia #ktm

ahmed ali it's not advisable to jump to a 390,only go if you got a lot of experience. Never upgrade to a 390 with a 150cc experience Start of with a gixxer or Apache 200

PD hits one more out of the park. A deserving review for a fantastic bike. I remember subscribing to PD after the orgasmic D390 review in 2013, that was like nothing i've ever seen from an Indian RU-vid channel and right up with TG levels. I never had to search for automotive video reviews after that, just open PD and i'm good to go. PD had its major influence on me buying the RS200, i was skeptical on a 1.4L Bajaj. But after Sarge's brilliant review i knew it could go only one way :D Now my relationship with PD has come a full circle with this D390.

1. saddle height shown here as 822 mm as against 830 mm as in official KTM site 2.need to evaluate the efficacy of the new headlamps in the nights 3.last January I bought old Duke 390 for my brother,he complains about the rideability in the city traffic, now that you mentioned it, how much better is it in that respect in real terms? ..need to ride this new baby in real time heavy city traffic to gauge heating and rideability issues unlike here 4.really not much to upgrade trading 40 k more 5. top speed looks restricted at 166 kmph, was it the rider or the bike itself? 6. even with higher torque kicking in earlier,still feel the lighter old 390 would feel faster overdraft, what'd you say?

Phew that's a long list of questions 1. That's for the euro spec one. KTM is offering the lowered version for India 2. We shall cover that on the full review :) 3. On the track the heat dissipation was quite adequate, however these are things that are best judged during full blown review 4. It's almost a new bike :) No point upgrading from the old 390 to this, but anywhere lower - its a fantastic upgrade 5. No no, that's not the top speed run - its what we could achieve on the 1.1KM straight at the Chakkan test track 6. That feel is not really very evident in daily application

As usual your team ended up with the best initial impression video out of the lot even when you compare with the international videos which includes MCN and a lot of them.... I especially liked the explanation of the technical changes that you guys explain in the form of torque and 43t sprocket which explains and help motorheads like us clear our doubts...... Although I was rooting for a blockbuster, but this is even better! Shout-out to the last gen 390 review took me for a ride to a little place called nostalgia. That very video was the one which compelled me to subscribe to PD. Its so good to see Sarge and Ten-Hut in a video together. This tag team really makes the signature PD offerings! Regarding the price of the new 390, yes it has gone up significantly, but KTM is also offering a host of new features and tech to justify it. More importantly, it has now distinguished itself significantly from its younger siblings.

One hell of a bike, you guys kept the old theme brings that nostalgia, it does bring in an immediate adrenaline rush into your veins. I like your 'stig' ops stick! Good job guys, but wait, you guys stopped the cuts, in the end? That adds a bit of fun on a video that you don't want to end. Keep them coming guys you ROCK!

Honestly speaking, you guys are the Motortrend of India. I eagerly await each of your videos, though I dont intend to buy any of those, just as I watch those tech videos of MKBHD and others, just for the sheer quality of the video. Amazing job. These videos serve the purpose of entertainment more than theu serve the purpose of being a guide for those intending to buy them!! Once again, amazing job!
