@@nishu3978 Baekhyun has maybe the most powerful voice but not a great tone and technique, Chen has better technique. Shinee in my opinion, is lacking. Whereas Jhyuns and Taemin's voice is very calm and sweet (and fit some concepts REALLY well), only Jhyun's voice is "universal" (I mean fits a lot of concepts), and both of their voices lack power (Jhyun's can be quite strong, but compared to SM artists it's not so strong) and even if his voice fits concepts, he can find some singing concepts hard. D.O is a tough one. For me, he has the best tone in EXO. He also has great technique, and fits a lot of songs the best. Personal opinion, but I don't find much enthusiasm in him when he's singing, unlike Chen who is hitting high notes with letting out every particle in his lungs

Mihály Hanics I don’t think you know what you know what you are talking about . Baekhyun has very good technique and tone and is on parr with kyungsoo and taeil isn’t technically better than Chen baekhyun or kyungsoo . Suju vocal line is the best in kpop with exo being the second best in kpop technically . Kyuhyun is the best vocalist in kpop , and Chen is the best vocalist in the whole of third generation of kpop . In sm The top three male vocalists are kyuhyun , RYEOWOOK and Chen . Now SHINee are all filled with powerhouse vocalists aswell , they have jonghyun who is the fourth best male vocalist in sm and onew is on the same level as kyungsoo and baekhyun and taemin is a slightly behind them in techniques . I’m not dismissing taeil vocal , because he is certainly a very good vocalist and has a really nice tone and a lot better than other male kpop groups main vocals who aren’t in sm but technically speaking he isn’t better than any of the main vocals in exo SHINee or suju. So in sm the male vocal lines from best to worst go suju exo SHINee, nct , tvxq(as their main powerhouse vocalists left) . This is only because he’s against the powerhouses of kpop in sm who have extremely good techniques but I would actually say he’s in the top 5 Third generation top vocalists which is still very impressive .

@@baekprive874 To be honest with you, I don't know much about SuJu, and it might as well be totally correct that they are the best vocally, I don't know about Kyuhyun's singing or Ryeowook. Taeil has very great technique, you can even hear how he learned to "pronounce" each vovel at each frequency, if you listen to his lower register (like in his single with Sohlhee) clearly hearable how he isn't just naturally singing but adapting too,. It makes sense since he studied it in university before joining SM. I don't rate Shinee's vocals that much except for Jonghyun, for me they are not that 'power'houses INDIVIDUALLY, neither Taemin nor Key, just Onew (Now looking at it, I underrated Minhos vocals, I looked at a video and he was far better than I thought). Taemin has a hard time covering many styles, I don't think he's great. Baekhyun doesn't have a well trained tone, I keep hearing it while Obsession and other EXO songs, I don't really see how he would have better technique than Taeil. Only downsides in Taeil for me is 1) he clearly doesn't have as much talent naturally as Baekhyun or Jonghyun etc.the singers you mentioned above, both in tone and diversity 2) he lacks singing stamina, can't hold a highnote for a long enough time 3) it seems that he's still learning, whereas he practices well enough for their songs he is unexperienced a bit in singing in general

SAME IKR ive been watching performances by SM artists since 2015, well mainly EXO but honestly i didn't even realize how skillful they are on stage until the artists did not attend to big award shows anymore and i felt literally empty and idky it felt like something's missing. And NCT also has been giving the best stage performances since 2016 so when they didn't attend the award show felt lacking

So it felt like awkward and boring when there are no sm artists and sm fans in general. altho last night mama was actually great tho, since the fans cheered for most of the artists performance but it felt like the award shows have lost the natural excitement and lively atmosphere from the crowd.
