Great upload! I just want to point out that Jared has stated that he gets a "nervous energy", which would explain his hyperactivity at some conventions. It hurts my heart when people get upset with his emotional/bodily response to anxiety. It's a hard road to travel, especially in the public eye.

Jared is so sweet and caring man, I wish people in this fandom would treat him the way he treats them. They are both amazing human beings, they deserve respect and understanding ♥

Thank you so much for posting this! I love how candidly Jared speaks about dealing with mental health. Honestly him starting the #AKF campaign really helped me see that I was not the only one who felt this way. People from all walks of life can have this and I love him so much for sharing and helping others in the process. I also love how both Jared and Jensen help and support each other. Jensen going behind Jared and placing his hand on his head was proof of that. As for the hate going around. it is sad. I honestly don't know how they keep up and continuously do cons. I am positive they don't always feel like being upbeat and ready to answer questions but they always show up for us fans. I can't afford to go to cons and I am pretty sure my anxiety and panic attacks would keep me from attending but I would love to see them in person. we are supposed to be a family and it sucks that some have to mess that up.
so true I have the same as you the Anxiety and Panic attacks too And I went too 2 Cons this was way before we found out about Jared mental health and all that I was shocked to hear that because too me he looked like a guy that had it all together and too find out that he has this problem like most of us who does these feelings of lost and that you should be better off dead well that is sometimes I think that but too have someone like him have the same problem its sad but its like if he can do it and have a happy and fun life that he can I can too. I am trying too save money again too go too a CON I hope they do in MN in 2018 and it is going too be costly but for me saving and getting the tickets and the hotel and just going there that is what makes me happy and I know that you can not afford going but watching it on youtube is the next best thing too being there.
Jensen have had 12 years too talk so be happy he still does these Cons with 3 kids from both of these guys they should be home with them but they love there fans so they do this but now there both getting hate really sometimes the SPN family really sucks.
Well, the Cons are, I believe, a contractual obligation. But there are actors who are cynical about them and others, like J2 (and the SPN cast in general) who thoroughly embrace them and their fans. I haven't seen any hate (presumably because OP is deleting which I'm glad of, as hate is toxic and I don't want to know about it), but how could anybody hate on these guys? It's beyond me.

This made me laugh so much! Thank you... as for the negative comments, thank you for proving my point that this fandom can be a terrible place sometimes... I feel ashamed of this "family" right now... there's so much hate for Jared here and I'm flat out disgusted by it.... I'm just at a loss for words....
+Jenmeow LOL Where???? It's not that I "refuse" to notice. I legitimately DO NOT NOTICE!!!! Know why???? Because no matter what, there's ALWAYS way more for Jared. All Jared has to do is BREATHE and someone will be a bitch to him about it. But I'm seeing absolutely ZERO hate for Jensen here whatsoever. And I VERY RARELY do.
Jared is cute n all but I wish he would do his shenanigans after questions are answered. Answer one question then do some fun then go for another question like that would be cool but not letting answer is sometimes a lil disturbing when u wanna know the answer 😔
I dont know if people will consider this negative but if your going to put your name in for a question or raise your hand to be called on and you do get picked then dont cry. There is no reason to cry during the happy times at a supernatural convention. If you feel nervous or overwhelmed then dont bother trying to be picked. write them a letter. J2 doesn't want to be having a good time and in a happy mood then somebody starts crying for in my opinions no reason and sort of brings the mood down for the rest of the panel. Also nobody can understand you when your asking your question. So in my opinion dont cry i know it can be a rush of emotions when actually personally getting picked but be happy about it and ask happy questions and if you want to get real deep and personal the write them a letter.
Jorie Traylor I don't want to start a fight or anything, but I would like to point out that a photo session or autograph session is not nearly enough time to ask a question like that, and get a heartfelt answer. Photo ops and autographs are generally rushed, because they have to get through so many fans in a certain amount of time, and they would never let someone take up that much time with the actors during those situations. The only real time to ask them questions is during a panel, which is what she was brave enough to do. And as for writing them a letter, they will probably never read it, much less respond to it, considering they get so much fan mail on a daily basis. The panel is really the only option, cause you're not timed per question, and they can take a decent amount of time to answer it truly. Also, it had to have taken her a hell of a long time to gather the courage to raise her hand, especially considering she didn't until the very end. And neither Jensen nor Jared looked annoyed at her for asking, looking at the sweet gesture Jared made when he approached her and took her hand says that he was proud of her for having the courage to stand up in front of all those people and ask her two favorite actors a question. Again, not trying to start a fight
Jorie Traylor and also, at Gold Panels, they don't put their names in, they just raise their hands, and if Jared or Jensen chooses them they get to ask. Their questions aren't screened like they are in longer panels, and anyone could be picked to ask one.
Yeah Jorie, I agree. I breaks the momentum. Even worse, is when they use Jared as their therapist. Jared is also a sufferer and listening to other people crying and whatnot is very upsetting. Jensen has forbade these types of questions because it upsets Jared. I am bipolar. I know what I am talking about.
Jorie Traylor so people get nervous when they meet their life idols and i for one would definitely get jittery and anxious if i got to talk to one of them - they don't necessarily get to choose to control their emotions so it's just an involuntary response because meeting someone who saved your life would be nerve wracking (in my opinion)
It seems the boys have some attention issues going on in Nashville. Not too many questions got asked/answered. Funny all the same. It's like a road show.
I wish Jared would let Jensen speak more.... don't argue with me and say it's because of his daughter because, while that might be part of it, the rest is all him. He does it a lot. Trust me I love Jared... i'm just saying...
