I just got the 2019 for the kid for x mas 90 raptor. Very helpful to have. Is anything else required for break in period. The metal shavings getting in the oil filter screen is caused by what? And its required to be changed after 20 hours of break in or 2 gas tanks.
Any new motor will "wear-in" when it is brand new. This causes small metal flakes to come off of the new engine parts and contaminate the oil. I think they suggest changing the transmission oil around that interval as well but I didn't. I waited a year to change the transmission fluid.
