From what I see, the volume is not that louder at idle 3-4db. If is how the muffler makes the sound that is different. I know this is an old video, but it was recommended. Thanks for your efforts Mr. Jones. These do not have my favorite sound, but I have always liked the finished look of the tail piece. The only other ones I was looking at were the S&S Mk45 and the Bronze Bazookas. But they cost almost twice as much. Thanks again. If you see this, did you upgrade the ECU map? If so, what tuner did you use?
Phineas Henshaw These were great beginner slip ons for me that was my first upgrade but it gave me courage to do more. They have a great idle and when you get on it they bark. I later sold them and went with a megaphone muffler and cat less head pipes and an FP3 tuner. Now I got that deep thunderous rumble I like plus it was affordable.
Appreciate you homeboy! I been going back and forth on whether to kick out for some slip-ons, and which ones to go with for my Street Glide. I like the Rinehart but I also like the Cobras...and for like $200-300 cheaper, I believe you just helped make up my mind!
Antonio Brown I had the cobra’s but have now switched to DNA megaphones. They had that deeper rumble I was looking for but I didn’t have any issues with cobra they were great.
I've watched this video about ten times. Finally got mine installed tonight on a 18 street glide. They sound good on video and a lot better in person. Thanks for your video sir.

Sup bro, I got an '18 Street Glide and just asked my dealer the same thing. If I understood him correctly, you only need to tune when upgrading the intake portion, he said exhaust did not require any tuning or mapping.
their nice I got them on a road king people that ride with ear buds and their phone for music don't like riddin behind me but then again who needs music when your on a Harley with neighbor haters ride safe
