2017 Toyota Sienna Minivan | an average guy's review 

Toyota, the only van i'd consider buying. I can't afford to put a new transmission in a Honda every year lol

I don't care. I have a Toyota Sienna XLE 2017 FWD and I'm keeping it. It is comfortable. With kids in your life you need comfort in a vehicle. Its got head room where the Highlander and Rav4 have failed. We've been there and done that. We have 3 kids now and we need the room. The rear cargo has 39 square ft of cargo space. Plenty of room for groceries. When we had the highlander we had to pile groceries on the kids sometimes. Was looking to trade it for an AWD, but no. We don't need all wheel drive either. We have Cooper All terrain tires. Their tread is pretty awesome. Driving this baby until the kids are grown. Have 50,000 miles on it now. 200,000 + miles here we come baby. Love our TOYOTA! Was thinking about giving it a 3.5 inch lift, but probably not. She's good to go. We'll just walk down the trails not drive down them.

I dont get all the minivan hate. I'm 30, single, and think minivans are pretty cool vehicles. Gobs of room for people and things. Then again I've driven pickups ever since I was 16 so maybe I just dont like tiny crackerjack box vehicles like cars

I own a 2016 Kia Optima Sxl Turbo one day my car had to go to the dealership my loaner was a 2018 Kia Sedona Sxl I’m 17 I’m not used to driving minivans it was okay it felt like it had some delay if you want to accelerate it was easy to drive.

I just purchased a 17 sienna xle limited awd. I wasn't excited about it but it's by far the nicest vehicle I have purchased. It's the most comfortable vehicle I've been in. Ive never ha had car with a moon roof roof mine has 2! It also has heated mirrors and steering wheel which is new for me too! Also a built in GPS, and you guessed it, never had that before.. It's definitely winning me over.

You keep comparing it to the Chrysler product. The problem with Chryslers is they are made to fall apart after 100k. I hate planned obsolescence. I owned a Grand Voyager the styling was good, but it was made to be disposable.

I have a small car now and feel like you describe in this video. Im single but I do a lot of outdoor stuff like snowboarding for example. The idea of being able to change and gear up in the back of the van while its on and heaters running just sounds perfect. But it would also be my daily driver and Im having a hard time dealing with it. I know its the right choice, but I can't bring myself to do it. Currently have a 2020 mazda 3 hatchback which is an awesome car, but I can swap it out for a van without much cost to me.... Never needing a uhaul, being able to pull over and sleep in the back during a road trip, there are so many benefits... I dont know if its pride, or perception, or what, but Im having a hard time....

I love vans and love minivans

fun video to come across...love my minivan Toyota (2006) might be upgrading to the 2017 this week. 3 kids, sports, friend hauling and yes...it can fit a 4x8 sheet of plywood or good size 2x4s etc, etc. If I can't have a Truck right now and hauling lots of people sometimes....and a little added safety because of size....ya, it works, love the comment after mention Lease... "you don't want to be stuck a minivan for more than 3 years". Main reason I like Toyota over Honda/Chrystler is that the seats are quite a bit more comfortable, in my opinion.

Minivans are the "protective sidearm" of the car world. Not for everybody (or even most people) BUT they serve a specific, necessary need. Both pistols AND big, ugly vee-hickles.

Pacificas are absolutely horrendous on maintenance. Gotta do your research mane. Don’t steer anyone towards a Pacifica. You can put a turd on a sandwich with all the fixings but there’s still a turd in the sandwich. 👎🏽👎🏽 No to pacificas…

I am thankful that I never considered buying one. Even after hauling around a cello for eight years and transporting multiple children to school events. If I want comfort and luxury I will drive my Cadillac.
