@@Its-Metz Don't need the V8, it was only available in the s90 and s80 in limited quantities and it came from Yamaha. The straight 6 was plenty powerful and Volvo did a good job of it until they got rid of it.

What a good looking wagon! Very interesting in many ways. Whenever I see people cruising in a car like that I can't help but imagining how awesome and relaxing it would be if I used it to drive to places. Volvos are a lifegoal.

I really like the radio of my Volvo C30. Very tactile, very intuitive, and it doesn't require me to "look too much" at the dashboard to navigate thru it. BRING BACK THE BUTTONS! PS: Volvos have REALLY GREAT sound systems.

THey're no coming back. The Polestar 2 is a peak at the next generation Volvo interior design. Clean with a bigger tablet/infotainment center. I hardly see any buttons in the Polestar 2.

My 07 Volvo S80 V8 drops the rear headrests, and my 2010 V70 R-design has more load space. A lot of time spent on the info system vs driving and specifications. I need to drive one I guess because the 4 cylinder just deters me somewhat. Wish they had a more basic R-design without all the gadgets. Mostly interested in handling and appearance and old enough not to need all the power anymore.

coas3 Oh really? Last time i checked i liked AMG’s with their NA V8’s. I drive a BMW 540 V8 atm but when i can afford, i’m planing on driving down to Germany and importing a C63 507 (not the turbo trash, the last gen NA verison). I do like the last gen E63 facelift V8 bi-turbo too though. I get what you mean though, there’s some places in Sweden where the left idiots rule, and they sure like their Micras hahah.

It needs 300 more whp, i think they are pussying around with the engine i honestly see polestar as a bit of a joke ''14 more whp'' cmon. the Germans RS6&E63 both are a lot more juicy 600+ whp why couldnt Volvo be competing against that they got the looks now with Audis former designer, Christian Von Koeningsegg has publicly announced that he is willing to give some technology away to the big manufactorers i dont know what they are fucking waiting for. Disappointed Swede here

There is a real Polestar V60 with 367 hp. An all-new model is coming next year though.

The V60 is coming next year yes, BUT there will never be another V60 Polestar, because Polestar is now a stand alone company which will only produce 100+K , hybrid dogshit and electric toys.

idk. Mercedes are so, common, to find. However, the wagons aren't. So, maybe. Right now Volvo sedans aren't as common to find as Mercedes and the wagons aren't common at all. However, both brands SUVs are boringly common to find on the road.
