Wow.. side by side, the 2013 looks almost like a purple compared to the 2017

I have the 2013s and not gonna lie, I always questioned their authenticity because of the tongue. Happy to see that’s how they are suppose to be. They are almost 10 years old now, I still wear them a few times a month and they still look great.

2001 Royals with the swoosh damaged looks dope. the nubuck changes over time and adds so much character.. meanwhile, tumbled leather ends up looking like a wrinlky old woman. plus, having a # is dope, imo. BTW, 2001 inside material fucks my ankles up. It's pretty rough for me when it rubs. (loose lacing, obv)

My Metallic Navy 1's are a higher cut than my Royals 1's. is it just my pair? I got them straight off of the Nike app, both size 9. Any answers ?

2013 was the year of McDonald's Jordans. (quality)

I was worried the 2017 was gonna be shorter than the 2013 pair, so I'm glad that's not the case. I'm not really feeling the tumbled leather, but oh well, I'm not complaining. This will be a very nice consolation for the inevitable L i'll be taking on the KAWS 4s. On a side note, if you want these Royal 1s, you shouldn't have trouble getting them, as there are a TON of these floating around. You just need to be willing to put in the legwork (either in real life or online).

Just got the call. Got my pair secured for retail. Im so happy right now. Saturday can not come soon enough.

They made the 2017 pair to blue and they made the 2016 bred to dark. Jordan brand like to mess people over and never get it right. The 01 pair is still the best pair witj the 13 pair behind it cause they actually got the color right.

17 is the best . But i don't like that the 17 is white interior . Also i hate that they come unlaced ! seems like I'm the only one , Jordan/Nike saves money by not paying ppl to lace them and we don't see the savings and i hate lacing them ,

Why does your pair of 2001 say 27000 total. Everyone else is 50,000... I hope yours are real. If they are i dont know if it makes sense that would be 77,000 for both sets if both were real.

2001 quality is so much better, 2017 high cut OG is what shines on the 2017 version.

I'm kind of disappointed in the shape of the 2017 they seem bulkier and the back sticks out more. I mean I still like the 2017 but I just wish they would had keep the ascetics of the 2001 shape

I got them today, from Nike.com, so definitely legit. They smell really bad. Like bad chemicals, toxins in the glue or something. I got headaches from it. Anybody else here the same problem?

For me the 2001 is equal to 2017, maybe a little better than 2017. In the 2017 I really don't like the white inside of them, the way it's peeking near the laces is really bad, rest is really nice. The 2013 is just really bad :/ looks a bit like they forced it.

2013 > 2017 The blue on 2017 is too light and I hate how behind the tongue is white as well as the insole. The tumbled leather makes the shoe look fabricated and will crease like crazy. 2017 also has no padding at all. People hating on 2013 pair because they couldn't cop back then but thats just whats real.
