Revisiting these is like reliving a fever dream. I think what makes them a model ice dancing pair is not only their preparation and skill throughout the years, but also how their work has culminated in perfectly balancing masculine and feminine while in sync. Impeccable and unmatched.
Вот просто хочется сидеть и смотреть это без перерыва на повторе бесконечно и быть совершенно счастливым. Они как луч света освещают ласкают согревают и вдохновляют. Любите их.
2:19 I like this part and the moments after. She’s radiant and he’s fit and handsome. She looked killer in this dress. In some ways I prefer both of their outfits here than the actual performance costumes. These practice outfits showed off their super toned bodies and completely highlighted their movements.
November 2019 and I am still watching them. They are so hot together.Scott is unbelievably powerful and masculine.Every woman should have a Scott..I wish....OMG!!!!
It happened many years ago but I'm still mesmerized how these two perfect and romantic couple performed. I felt sad everytime I watched their video because I dreamed that one day their being together will end in matrimony. Sad to say that their sweetness was an act because of their performance. I can't believed that they were just business partner. But even though, I love both of them. I hope that someday there will be little Tessa and Scott who will replace them. Thank you for uploading this video. Fr. the Philippines.
They weren’t IN love with each other as we all hoped, but they did mutually love each other very much. They still do and have a wonderful friendship. This will never change I think.
0:59 2:20 1:55 Love watching their practice sessions because whenever they pause a little, he's touchy-feely with her. Don't think so? Check out the other practice sessions. He always has to touch her a little when they stop. 0:59 2:20 Check out @Whipped comment at 1:55 I love these costumes. Long and lean. The dress highlights her pale long legs and toned abs and back. His highlights.. well, everything. Love this v neck. Masculine without being machismo.
Thanks for pointing out these moments. I disagree though that anything extra is going on at 0:59 and 1:55. At 0:59, Scott's hand at Tessa's waist area is exactly where it's supposed to be at that moment. This is a point in the choreography where they would have transitioned to a change in handhold if they had not decided to pause their practice session. This moment corresponds to their 2018 Olympic individual event Short Dance performance (see the 57 minute 31 second mark of ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2LH3JCGkEBU.html). As for Scott's hand movements at 1:55, it appears that is also part of the choreography (again see the linked video at the 58 minute 24 second mark - 58 minute 27 second mark). I got lost in their practice performance at the 2:20 mark so I'm unable to comment if that's a moment where Scott is being extra demonstrative.
@@freeandnatural You’re right of course and I realized that at some point after I wrote the comment but never corrected myself. Though I will say that the general statement is true if not for this particular practice session. Touching and brushing is often a part of their routine as well too ( as you’ve pointed out).
This pair of Canadian skaters are spectacular. Scott and Tessa's displays stand out for Elegance and Sensuality, expressed in Scott's very masculine and energetic attitude, and for the femininity of Tessa's gestures, in addition to the ease of skating and body flexibility that they demonstrate to have. I heard someone make the following comment , praising their exhibitions, and I quote "This can't be taught, it simply exists". And, it's true, Scott and Tessa have the Dance in their Souls, and they live intensely the Feelings and Emotions that Music allows them to experience. They do it with Lightness , Elegance , and with great connexion between them. And, this probably also happens because Scott and Tessa must also have great harmony and affection in their relationship, and a huge appreciation and respect for each other. Very good to see.
1:56-1:59 Tessa and Scott blazing right in front of the great Olympian ice dancer and coach Alexander "Sasha" Zhulin. I adored the skating he did with his former partner/wife Maia Usova during the early to mid-1990s.
