North Texas had their way with Arkansas!! 24pts from the Offense(4TDs), 6int including a pick-six from the Defense & 14pts including a punt ret TD. from Special Teams. Great performances all around from all 3 phases of the team. HC. Seth Littrel, former OC. Graham Harrell & the rest of the coaching staff have completely changed the culture & have had multiple & consecutive winning seasons, something that hasn't been seen in Denton,TX since the days of Darryl Dickey. I hope the Mean Green can continue this success not only this year(with the recent departure of Offensive Coordinator Graham Harrell)but after this season, if Coach Littrel does decide to leave for "Meaner Greener" pastures at a Power 5 school!! Also, Just found out UNT's most famous & revered alumni is 4-time Super Bowl Champion,CFB All-American & Pro Football Hall of Fame DT. "Mean" Joe Greene!! 💚⚪🏈
@@classicsports5057... Seth Littrel is still there. It's possible he could take the Auburn job after the 2019 season. Seeing that Kansas & North Carolina's HC vacancies were taken by Les Miles & Mack Brown respectively. If he can lead North Texas to another successful season(this time without Graham Harrell)then he'll be a Hot Commodity during Coaching Searches after the Season!!
Littrel is holding out for the OU job for when Lincoln Riley eventually gets an NFL job. He played at OU and was on the team when they won the Championship back in 2001. It makes sense he would want to coach the team he played for.
