We bought the Pads & Rotors locally at O'reilly Auto Parts. The pads were the Import Direct Brand and worked great. They did smoke quite a bit during the initial break-in period, but they stop great.

Just a quick video showing how I was able to manually retract the electronic parking brake and also replaced rear brake pads & rotors on a 2020 Honda Odyssey.
Tools Needed:
T-30 Torx Bit
T-45 Torx Bit
Small pry bar or Strong Flathead Screwdriver
13mm socket and/or wrench
17mm socket and/or wrench
Breaker bar or impact wrench
Torque wrench
Brake Grease
Torque specs I found online: 16 ft. lbs for the rear caliper slide pin bolts and 65 ft. lbs for the Caliper bracket bolts. (I recommend checking that in your manual to make sure that's correct.)
