This video retraces a difficult 2018 tornado chasing season. We captured incredible thunderstorms and traveled thousands of miles across the great plains.
Isn't America a big and beautiful place, and imagine you only seen part of 1/3. Next time you should try the South, Alabama of course Texas , Tennessee, Mississippi Florida, Louisiana. And so much more. Great video oh, hurry up and do it again
What a lovely video! Beautiful footage of extreme weather formations over an immense area, and nice drone images. Your music was well-timed but over dramatic at times, but you get points for the UofA T-shirt! Very nice work. I hope you come back to chase this season, then post what you witnessed. Hate the sub tites!!!! I live in TN and one of the worse sounds I've ever heard and have, more than once, is the tornado siren going off at night! Can't see if there's one close, but sure can hear than siren. Terrible sound and feeling. I really enjoy these videos and have wanted to ride along for years. Almost got my chance several years ago with a group the was in my area. Don't know what happened to them. Y'all stay safe out there!!!!!
You guys rock! Love how you guys show the different states you tour around America during your chases .. nice scenery captured along with beautiful storms around Murica 🇺🇸! Keep making your amazing videos and getting that excellent footage of how severe the weather gets here in the US. Everything is super-sized in Murica including our storms! We just had a "high risk day" (risk level:5) here last Monday on May 20th.. not sure if you guys were down here filming then for 2019, but there were quite a few tornados that touched down that day across Texas, Oklahoma, Nebreska. the one near Mangum OK being the most notable of that day.. God bless you on your perilous journey to capture mother nature's most fercious force of nature.. the mother of all thunderstorms.. the SUPERCELL thunderstorm! J'ai l'impression que sur l'allée des tornades, l'Oklahoma est l'état le plus touché par les tornades. Après l'Oklahoma est bien centré faut dire. +1 like pour la vidéo.
Salut, je veux pas jouer les rageux, ce n'est pas mon but. Mais déjà vous êtes partis un peu en retard il me semble, le mois de mai aurait été plus propice pour chopper plus de tornades. Et petite remarque sur cette vidéo, vous semblez chasser que les orages car depuis le début de la vidéo je n'ai vu que des orages et aucunes tornades. De plus dès qu'il y en a une on ne la voit jamais, car vous vous barrez avant, du coup zéro images de tornade. Et pour finir, le mec qui est passagé, ne conduit jamais ou quoi? On ne le voit jamais derrière le volant, il me semble plus prudent de partir à plusieurs conducteurs surtout pour des trajets aussi long. Mais dans l'ensemble le reportage est bien sympathique quand même à regarder, joli travail quand même, et des belles images de belles cellules orageuse, bravo quand-même, du bon travail.😉😀😊
Merci. Le mois de Mai 2018 etait tres pauvre en tornades. Nous visons une semaine qui maximise les jours consecutifs d’orages et 2018 n’a eu que tres peu de jour consecutifs. Nous n’avons qu’une semaine et il faut donc la maximiser. Le passage fait toute la navigation, video et forecast. Chacun son domaine d’expertise 😃
@@DestinationTornadoAlley Salut, alors comme je l'ai dis, je ne suis pas là pour jouer les rageux. Et en effet niveau météo cette année là semblait moyennement proprice pour d'éventuelles tornades, je me suis un peu renseigné aussi de mon côté. Mais vous avez quand-même eu de superbes cellules orageuses qui étaient vraiment sublime. Et comme je l'ai dis, mais je le reprécise, votre reportage était super et très agréable à regarder, j'en ai pris plein les mirettes, merci c'était génial, excellent travail sur le terrain 😉😁👍
French people... you know this big red signs that say STOP that means stop so you don't kill innocent people crossing the road. This is what makes storm spotting so dangerous
Going to tornado alley is not a guarantee of seeing tornadoes. We have the added challenge that we only have one week a year to travel to the US (from Europe). Add to that the fact that 2018 was a poor year in terms of tornadoes. We did our best and had a blast 😃

Have to agree with this. While I appreciate it is extremely difficult and luck based to actually catch a tornado, especially if you only go for a week, this video constantly used dramatic music, zoomed in on benign cloud lowerings and uses tornado warning sounds (even at the very start as a tease) and a tornado thumbnail. That's too much to get away with, honestly. Thankfully I caught on quickly when they zoomed in on the inflow jet rather than the actual mesocyclone on that day 2 storm they caught, right as the music reached a dramatic climax. But once you understand that these guys either know nothing about the meteorology of it or heavily processed their footage for maximum bait for laymen, you can get over it and just enjoy the journey and still beautiful footage they got! Especially as most of the trip was in the pretty north/northeast of tornado alley with its high altitude low-precipitation supercells and colourful sunsets, both of which are very pretty.
