Lou its a 2018 it has about 4800 miles on it now it’s fairly new I got at the end of June I had to get a 4 door car for the family

I dunno. The manual and the look of the charger just doesn't match to me. It matches the challenger because of the style and history. The charger also has a history of the manual, but not, it's just too sleek to have a manual

@Lou My '15 SRT 392 Charger with Bolt-ons, Tune and Drag Radials has 50k miles on it, with a ton of 1/8 & 1/4 mile passes(the best being a 7.40 1/8 & 11.65 1/4 in REALLY GOOD/COOL conditions)...and the car has NEVER been in the shop for a mechanical issue. A squeaky seat track has been its biggest issue. I absolutely love the car. I can load my entire family of 5 in it...it sounds FANTASTIC, it looks fantastic, and runs damn strong for a naturally aspirated 4400lb 4-door sedan:-)

Dude do u own them both. No. I know for a fact. 392 Charger bone stock will never beat a ss from a dig 0-60 or in a quarter. They just to heavy. Ss low end torque is hard to deal with and they virtually have 0 wheel spin. U must have beaten shitty drivers.

I do have them both in my garage so I think I have some knowledge on the matter. I love the scat cause it’s a crazy powered family car. But track. Ss is a animal.

Stock injectors and I did upgrade to Zl1 fuel pump but only because I’m going boost eventually so might as well do it now

No, no manual transmission is offered in a Charger.

Car Guy Chronicles no manual in a charger period. They should offer one but they never have and never will. Hell with the way people are sucking off the automatic we won't even be able to get our mustang, challenger, and camaro in manual soon. They will all become auto only.

6ixSpeedStang18 exactly it would have been so sick in a manual! And yes I agree man people are getting lazy loving these auto transmissions stick shifts are becoming a dying art .

The camaro is faster stock for stock and mod for mod, that's just how it is. I did the same as you but the other way around, traded my 18 392 charger daytona for a 18 Canaro SS. I traded strictly for a faster car. Loved and miss the 392 tho.

yea but why would I want almost 50 year old tech? This is much easier to live with every day. Any project car can blow the doors off anything depending on the money you are willing to put in

You can buy this you can buy that, you still have to put out the cash for all that, obviously with 15k invested in anything you can be pretty fast... smh
