Hi. I watch many of your videos(but Im up in Pa). Im 60,getting divorced, so its only going to be me. I always liked mobile homes, quant+ sexy; my cousin+ his wife had 1 back in the80’s, in the woods! My question is, why 2 bathrooms? I would like 3 bedrooms, 2 to store my crap in, but, I would rather have a much bigger living room, w/out the extra bathroom. Can I get one custom made? Tankless water heater...?
