The different drive modes alter throttle sensitivity and shift points. So at full-throttle, there is no difference in performance. You're asking the car to give 100% in full throttle acceleration and it will shift at maximum RPM.
For the Love of *God* don't do acceleration runs downhill. Makes for a completely useless video. .. Because you really can't gauge how fast the car is.
