These mowers are equipped with flail conditioners (see them at 14:02 ). The rattling noise you hear at 11:55 and 13:55 is from the front pto and then rear pto being shutoff. As the shafts that the swinging flail knives are attached to, come to a stop, the knives are no longer swung all the way out, and they fall back as they reach the top, and gravity pulls them down. You will also hear it briefly at 9:49 when the rear pto is turned on.

Finally after 10 minutes we see units mow the field. Nice machinery.
