I have a question: Did you find answers regarding the performance of the turbo engine when it appears that it falls on its face after approximately 5,600 cycles? 5. Turbo, such as modifying the turbo and updating the computer also adding a GB4 piece 😉 and programming the gasoline circuit breakers to 6400 cycles, this will be a huge project 👍 We want an updateOwn Mazda 6 2021 Turbo Ignite 🙏 Thank you.
Mazda has quite a few safeties programmed into the ECU. We anticipate a tuner will be able to remove them soon. We are also working on a Larger TURBO for the 2.5T engines!
Hi I have Mazda CX-9 brand new only 1400km on it and exhaust pipe tail is kind a blackish and charcoal burn inside where fume is coming out is it normal? And 2021 cx9
Looking to change out my 2018 mazda 6 2.5 non turbo exhaust. Is all the fitting and diameters the same? Looking for deepest rumble with minimum noise when just sitting idling.

I mean 5 to 6 horsepower for $1000. I would definitely be more interested if the price matched the competition for $700 ish like magnaflow or racing beat for $450 or tanabe for $550 ish or hks for $500 ish. I’m just saying
The CX-9 axel back portion of the cat back system they currently have bolts directly onto the OEM mid pipe without any modification needed. It's just a matter if they'll willing to sell the axel back portion separately.
This video makes it impossible for me to try to purchase your product. The background music is not needed. Please do a video for the turbo exhaust that is like the video you posted for the NA engine. It is logically laid out and gives you exhaust sounds in different situations.
Because the turbo is tiny for one. The car was also primarily built / tuned around having really strong initial torque and response. Hopefully thats something that we can have address in the future
CorkSport Mazda|Mazdaspeed Performance still the power should more or less flatten out and drop slightly not have less power at high rpms than lower rpms hopefully someone gets that figured out
@@staticspeed279 Like previously stated. Cars with such small turbos have this problem. Stock Mazdaspeed 3/6's notorious for this with the ko4, and power dropping off after 5k. Just not quite to that extent. This turbo is even smaller, and really was meant to make the car feel as responsive as possible. (Mazda's target customer usually won't see past 4-5k RPMS anyways) The problem is that the turbo runs out of its efficiency, and starts blowing hotter and hotter air. There is some stuff that can be done tuning wise in the future to help though. We look forward to seeing what we can do!
I agree, that engine really needs a tune to wake up. I data logged some boost data using an obd2 reader and my cell phone and I can see that boost tapers off so much as you approach redline. There is a lot of power to be uncovered with a tune that can keep it making boost in the upper rpms. I'm thinking easy 275whp+ with intake and exhaust + tune. The OEM ECU is ultra conservative, for whatever reason.

The video is terrible with background music playing the entire time. I don't care about music. I want to hear the exhaust. I want to hear a cold start, rev, in car pull, comparison to stock exhaust, etc. This engine doesn't seem to be tuned very well considering it dies off over 4500rpm and the torque curve is very lumpy. For all the hoopla Mazda made about this engine using variable valving in the exhaust manifold to change the exhaust pulses for low RPM grunt, the actual peak torque doesn't but until 2500rpm, whereas single-scroll turbocharged 4 cylinder engines from VW and Honda can easily hit their peak torque at 1250-1500rpm and pull hard to redline with peak horsepower at 6500rpm+. This is a very poorly thought out engine.
I would recommend using headphones if you're having trouble hearing it. If you're watching on your phone, they have trouble transmitting the exhaust notes. The music is nearly turned all the way off when exhaust noise is playing. That aside, its just on the factory tune at the moment. Should all be relatively easy to fix to tune out when we get to that point. There's a lot more to the engine tuning/technology wise then a lot of us even realize yet. But that's what we plan to find out!
The sound is not pleasant,deep or throaty...Maybe it's just the mic, plus the background music does not help. Typically CS has very good exhaust sound.
@@jso726 Appreciate the feedback. Perhaps it could be the Mic. This engine also has a pretty different note compared to the NA engines as well. But we are happy with the final product, so far all the customers who have purchased it have been very happy.
