The running sled pull should be a staple like the rings. Also they should start with bottom movements, like trap bar deadlifts then farmers walks, then a top movement at the end. Sprints or sled pulls, bear crawls, jump squats, sandbag deadlift or trapbar lifts, farmers walks.
@@shaneroymitchell “with how big they are I respect that” “I’m a swimmer” pretty sure u need to learn to read before commenting. I’ve won plenty more then you have.
@@liamheimann568 Yes but this is CrossFit, saying you're a specialist in something like swimming is pointless unless it's for your ego. It's the same for weightlifting, cycling, rowing, there's no point comparing these scores to the elite of those sports individually. CrossFit is about being above well above average in varied sports. Your comment is not applicable here.
@@liamheimann568 I appreciate your comment, but you still appear one of the many who doesn’t really understand the sport. CrossFit has critics from all the over the world of other sports who make comments about their PBs for a singular part to inflate their ego and discredit our sport. This is CrossFit. Your comment was backhanded no cares how fast you can swim, it shows fragility on your part.
This felt like a program that would be on in the middle of the day. It lacked flair and personality. Not a whole lot of personal stuff picked up about athletes. It was just very dry. Needs more buttah 😎
@Louis Centolella IV didn’t say the games were- but that doesn’t mean you can’t dress up the coverage to be more exciting/personal. You like your toast dry, don’t you? 😉
