2018 Renault Twingo SCe 70 - POV Test Drive (no talking, pure driving) 

Very good short drive which shows just how quiet and refined this car is. I bought a Twingo GT in March and have been very impressed with the performance, handling and economy as well as the build quality which is excellent. The cabin is quite spacious and the elevated driving position gives you an SUV like 360-degree view which is far better than I had on my previous car, a Renault Clio.

Very stable and and fun to drive. It is also very economical ( 5.7l/100km) and has low running costs. I use this nice little car for Autobahn (most of the time the A7 Kassel - Göttingen and trust me, this Motoryway only consists of hills with up to a 9% gradient) and city travel. The engine is powerful enough even at motorway speeds. The car manages steep hills quite well, even with two passengers and a decent amount of luggage. Most of the time you have enought reserves to hold 135kmh at steep climbs. It is certainly not a racecar, but the tiny and nippy SCe 70 is quiet and gives you a pleasant driving experience and in my opinion deserves a little more respect. Note: The full potential of this engine is achieved after exceeding about 3000- 4000 km.

I am from Slovenia. Slovenia is the only country that produces this Renault car. It is very useful for driving around city, with engine under rear trunk and a driveshaft too. In my country it costs about 8.800€ with middle equipment(Expression) and 1.0 Sce engine.

I have to say, as someone who owns a Renault Clio, Renault is seriously stepping up their game. Especially design wise they are doing very well, but also the quality of the interior is becoming better. Their engines are quiet and dont require much. The Symbioz is just a showcase of whats possible. But don't get me wrong, theres still a long way to go.

I don't understand why Renault hasn't launched this car in India, besides this they have launched Kwid in India which is very light car in terms of weight & even it fails in NCPP crash test, it got 0 star, it is totally unsafe car.
