The reason it's a marginal is because the dummy's head never struck the A pillar/ slipped off the airbag. The cars that are rated poor have a lot of intrusion, plus the dummy slams into the dash or collapsed A-pillar

It'll be the same as the driver's side. Most companies only strenghten the driver's side, Nissan with the Quest didn't strengthen either sides.

That airbag has a system that sort of hugs the head to prevent it from striking solid srructures.

toyota and most car companies wont make cars safe on their own they need to be shamed into doing so. what a shame. so honda or some other car company will restructure the passenger side to help sales..they dont are at all about safety.

bruh i have 2013 toyota sienna after my nissan quest crashed on the side heres how, so i was going to work in madison wisconsin and a metro bus didnt see me so it was on left lane and i was in right and when i was going forward the bus slammed onto the side and my car spun till it got on the middle on the road, the airbags opened, and the bus driver payed for the damage cuz the cops were right there then i went to the hospital and my torso still hurt
