I love it. I was just thinking yesterday about posting something about the 2 year mark. This car is fun to drive and sporty. It took me a little to get used to the sporty feel. You will love this car.
I felt the same way before I bought it. Only thing that I have had is the sun roof needing adjustment and connectivity with Apple Car Play. My iPhone connects well with iDrive so I just use that.
Do all 2019 330i sport lines have heads up display? Or is it an an additional feature you have to get? Didn’t know if they come standard. Thanks in advance!
Have to add Premium or Executive Package to my understanding. The latest iDrive update shows turn by turn in the heads up display with Apple Car Play. Now I will try to use Apple Care Play instead of the native system because if that. Love my care! Almost have 30k miles on it.
For future reference, the hi-fi sound system that BMW offers is made and produced by Harman. The upgraded $875 option for surround sound just has more speakers and a better amplifier.
Excellent review. Bizarre how people go way out of their way to find the one or two hard spots that they don't like. So some don't like the purr of the engine.. Then buy a Corolla. Well done!!

So how is your experience so far with the car ? I don't know why, for some reasons, I read a lot of bad things about BMW. I mean, a lot. And I don't know why. Don't get me wrong, these are extremely beautiful cars. I simply love the look. I would buy one if I had enough money.
Great looking car,i never liked the rear of the car, but this us spec sportline looks much better then uk m sport spec car,the front looks good and the rear smoked lightsa are nice the wheels are a nice design which i think we dont get in uk spec,its kind of growing on me the rear end of the us spec car.peace and one love.😎
9 months now since you posted this video. How’s the car now at almost a year of ownership. Are there any issues? do you take regular trips to the shop? Do things malfunction?
I traded in my 2017 320 for the 21 330 and I LOVE it...I got black/black, but I do have to admit that I sometimes regret not getting this car in white...it looks SO good in white, especially on bright sunny days
Funny... the only 2 major optains i did not get on my 2019 330i were adaptive cc ..im not ready yet, and the hud, which i find distracting at night. To each his own!
Ambient lighting u showed where u had an option to pick two colors at the same time, how they work how u can see two colors at the same time? I know on 5 series there’s two strips of light going everywhere and when u pick two colors each one changes to different colors. Awesome review, I’m looking at used 5 series vs this 3 series. In my opinion I like the way 3 series looks from outside and inside vs 5 series. Thank you in advance
The two colors shows one color on the line and white on the floor ambient light. I like both the 5 series and 3 series. That’s a tough one. I really like my 330i with the options I picked. I will make a follow up video soon.

Thanks for sharing! What package did you purchase with the car? I noticed it has heads up display, hand gesture, laser headlights as well as adaptive cruise control you mentioned. Does it have a premium package or you bought those features individually?
amir hossein majidy I purchased it in packages. Executive Package and Drivers Assistance Professional. They are packaged together now it looks like. What I have is similar to the Executive Package in the US.

Haps yes. I feel even better as time has gone on. I love the AWD capability. I take my it up the mountains for skiing. I’ve noticed now how the “Hofmeister Kink” is incorporated into so much of the design language. For example the instrument cluster edges and so much more! I drive in Sport Mode all the time and I have adjusted to how responsive the gas pedal is. This car feels good all around. Absolutely love it. I have considered a 2nd video.

Good question. I’m not sure. I upgraded from a Honda Accord Sport 1.5T. Nothing close to the 2.0T. And I know that’s a fast car. I feel like this car is fast. I was a little concerned based off the rating that it was only 255 hp. But it is fast, and I’m pleasantly surprised. I can only imagine how fast the M340 is.

kev131tc thank you. I love the Car Ireland Reviews. I love my 330i. I had to take my wife’s car into the shop so they gave me a 2018 330i loaner. Not the same car at all. I would not have bought the previous model. It makes me appreciate my car even more!
Thank you! I plan to make a follow up review. I use adaptive cruise all the time including in town. I rarely use the option that keeps the car in the lanes. It is not truly a self driving system as it requires you to be paying attention at all times. It will signal a warning if you don’t have your hand on the wheel for example. Overall I like the adaptive cruise control which has self driving features such as pacing behind the vehicle in front of you and braking.

Do you notice the speakers popping/crackling at moderate volume after owning the car for longer? I've always had issues with my previous BMWs without the upgraded sound system.
Gene K Great question! I average between 26 to 27 mph in sport mode in town. I always drive it in sport mode. When I drive on the freeway I get about 37-38 miles per gallon which is amazing. I think it’s because I use the adaptive cruise control most of the time when I’m just cruising even in town. I accelerate fast any chance I get and I still get the 26-27 mpg in town.

I just bought a 2020 330i yesterday. Went back to the dealership to get an amp out of my trade in. The salesman that sold me the car backed another car into MY BRAND NEW CAR. 🤬🤬🤬 I’ve had more accidents in one day of owning this car than I did with in 5 years with my Mustang 😅
Hey Liam, if your looking for a better deal and just want the heads up display just mention that you want the “live cockpit pro display” it includes navigation that’s the proper term for this new display. You don’t necessarily have to get a package, from manufacturer they sell it as a add on, or package.

Great video. I had a lot of questions also before choosing. I am driving my G20 318d Automatic Gear since oct 2019. Really a very great car. It glues to the road. Perfect handling. Sure I would have loved a bigger engine but this one is very agile already. I have the Driving Assistant Pro package also which is awesome for long drives. The car handles 90% of the drive perfectly and keeps you on the right track so smoothly. It is really relaxed driving by using that. I have not heard the difference in engine sound between Comfort and Sport Mode; probably only on the higher spec engines? Liked your review. Good luck and have sheer driving pleasure!
I bought my 330i rear-wheel drive in June. It has only 1500 miles on it but here are some comments. I drove the Audi, Volvo, and Mercedes models that RU-vid videos compared this BMW to. The looks, features and performance of the BMW were superior, IMO. After driving a manual my entire driving life, the first thing I tried out were the paddle shifters. I determined they require a bit of technique to get the most out of the engine and a gallon of gas. I haven't driven much on the highway to get an mpg estimate but in the city I'm getting an average of 32 mpg in comfort mode. The one modification I did to the interior was to put a thin strip of matte black masking tape on the top bevel surface of the brushed aluminum trim. When the sun hit it, the glare was blinding, making it impossible to see the computer screen. I was not impressed with Apple CarPlay. I turned off the voice assistant because it was too sensitive. I'd be singing or talking and it would interrupt me and ask "What can I help you with?" There must be a way to adjust the sensitivity but I haven't found it yet. I also found the standard sound system to be high quality. I miss not having a CDplayer though.
@@ggcools I got a 318d sport model with automatic transmission. It only got 150hp but after testing a 320d with 190hp, I came to a conclusion that even 150hp is more than enough for Belgian roads. I got a business plus pack and driving assistant professional pack. Upgraded Led lights with high beams. Color is Mineral Weiss with 18 inch bicolor orbit grau rims.
No doubt the 340i is a better car ...if you are prepared to pay an additional nearly £9k for the privilege. I have a 330i and trust me it's plenty for the real world😎
Hi Greg, thanks for your review. I purchased a new 330i M Sport 3 months ago and I am thrilled with the car, particularly in the driving. The M Sport model in Australia has 19" wheels, upgraded brakes, adaptive suspension, leather, HUD, 10 speaker sound all standard. I optioned a sunroof and laser headlights which are fantastic. I can relate to your comments in just about every respect and the only minor problem I have had is the Apple Car Play which sometimes drops out but I have been told there is a 'fix' on the way. The colour of my car is Individual Dravit Grey with Cognac leather interior - looks great!
David Perry I have the same issue and was told the same. I have just used the BMW interface instead with no issues. I like CarPlay but it’s too glitchy to use. Outside of that I love my 330i. Thanks for the comment!
