I watch these guys play to build my confidence, then I go out to the local course and hit every tree, bush, log, and dog within 100 feet of the tee box.

Those are all pretty normal except the dog. If you're hitting dogs, you gotta really wait until the pedestrians are out of range.

I'm not buying 5'7. I met him at idlewild and I was thinking 5'5. I'm not judging I'm 5'1 and 15 years old. He throws further then I ever will. I don't think height really matters in disc golf. We can get faster foot work which might make up for the shorter reachback.

If Emerson’s wife goes into labor, us fans need to start a GoFundMe to make up for any money he’d lose by dropping out. No one should have to miss something like that. And while a paycheck certainly won’t make it an easy decision, I’m sure having the financial pressure taken off will help matters.

12:12 Someone help me understand the rationality that leads a media crews decision to place a cameraman right in the middle of a fairway. How can the risk possibly be worth the reward? There's simply not enough reward to justify the disaster that this silliness can produce. JomezPro are the undisputed leader in needlessly placing cameramen in the most high risk locations imaginable. JormezPro? Nate? Big Jerm? Anyone have a decent answer..............?

@@Epindary I personally saw a catch cam guy get hit in the shin / leg, he looked at us ( the gallery ) we looked at him, and he pretended like nothing happened, then on the edited release, the commentators joked, like you, how " they never get hit ". When in REALITY, it was the cameraman's left leg that prevented the disc from going OB and staying in circle one, where they somehow believed was an awesome place to record ( directly behind the basket, well inside circle one, in the natural flight path of an approach. In short: where you would stand if you wanted to get hit by a disc ) Dude, they get hit a lot. And, btw, the player made the put from about 25 ft that should have gone OB, he later won the tournament. " thru all the years the catch cam has gotten hit once " Nothing is further from the truth....

Is there a players association of sorts that consults the PDGA on things like Jomez, CCDG, and other filming services? I imagine there are mixed feelings out there amongst players about cameras in view on the course and specifically the putting greens (like at @4:30)... Or maybe not? I don't know. I just imagine what could fall out of a drive hitting a cameraman, especially if in a critical situation. Thoughts? Thank you!

Another Jomez video for the ages. This should replace Sportscenter as ESPNs standard program. Big Jerm and Nate Sexy are the equivalent of verbal gold. If they say it just take it to bank cash it in to reap a bountiful dividend. Not enough can be said of the superiority Jomez delivers time and time again... Commentators: There's a reference book called "Thesaurus". There is a whole language full of terms more appropriate than "incredible". Seriously, it's the wrong word nearly every time you use it. And you use it in damn near every sentence you utter. p.s. I love you guys.

Really enjoyed this coverage. I felt like the videography of this round was so solid. Incredibly dynamic footage. Really enjoyed the interviews at the beginning and clips of players reaction to good throws. And I think the Big Sexy crew was on point today. Great studf

1BadBird generally the rounds are played alternating between two courses in the same area, most of the time they will be very different so that the eventual champion has to demonstrate a variety of skills in order to win

I met Big Jerm at Järva two years ago, I almost picked up his disc thinking it was lost but as I was about to pick up the disc I saw someone coming from really far away :) Nice meeting you!
