It's basically the Jimmy Page Double Neck Guitar in Black. This Guitar can play everything from Led Zepplin, to GNR, & even Choral arrangements.

Actually both necks are tuned down a half step & slash uses that tuning so that he has an easier time singing the high notes w/o straining his voice.

If you click on "SHOW MORE" in the description (always worth it with CME videos), you'd see a link to the CME page for this guitar. If you click on this link, you'd see that the guitar is priced at $12,605. You could also see a photo of the back of the guitar that better shows the relic'd belt buckle rash. Although I'm not a fan of relics and re-creations, the rash looks authentic enough.
