The 12th Annual Great Knitting Giveaway was a huge success, seeing over 100 GEF Seniors Housing residents and tenants in attendance. More than 8,000 items were knit, including hats, mitts, scarves, blankets, sweaters and slippers and donated to eight local charities who will spread the love and warmth to their clients, now that the cold Edmonton winter is upon us.
