Got one just over a year ago I've got almost 800 miles on it. I've put it through it's paces. Snow, mud, steep terrain, it's handled it all. Great machine for a great price!
That’s what I though to I’ve had name brand and this buggy does everything I need to to so I’m happy with it and I’m getting close to 100 hours so I’ll have a video on how to change the oil hopefully soon
I've got a 2016 hisun 550, has 1900 miles. Had to adjust my valves at 1700 miles and replace throttle cables at around 1500 miles. Other than that I've had no issues. I pull a 14' Jon boat to the lake (a mile or so down the county road) several times a year and use it to haul firewood, get deer out of the woods, and trail ride with it. It's been a good machine.
Yeah I’ve got no complaints out of mine I’m reaching 800 miles on mine still running strong and I wish I had the ones with power steering now but oh well it’s paid for and doing me and my family well pulled people out of ditches in the snow and everything there good machines for the money
I’m glad I’ve had that influence on a lot of people and hope it all turns out well mine is still going great and recommend them to everyone and just wish Hisun would show little more appreciation
That’s pretty good and yeah I’ve had mine since 2019 and it’s done me good so far after I’ve had to put a injector in it was clogged but they didn’t have fuel filters from my years down so after that no more problems yet knock on wood 🪵
In my teens, we used to remove the baffle from motorbikes. Gave a sensation of power and higher speed. wow! But the sad fact is that it changes the exhaust back pressure from the optimum intended by the engine designers.
Great job showing off something Chinese made that isn't garbage. Not that the engineering is state of the art especially when countries like China use motorcycles more so then cars. So the single cylinder tech is simple old school tech that is tried and true. I prefer a Kawasaki or Honda and they are about $11-$18k for decked out new one. Definitely not cheap as you can buy a really nice sports bike or cruiser for that price or a couple 4 wheelers. So my opinion is the newer sensational appeal to side by side riding has overly inflated the price. My Kawasaki 750 $6k and Honda 1100 $7k both new and go well over 100mph. So for me the off road trail machines are overly hyped and priced compared to on road machines. I prefer dirt bikes for off roading as they are more maneuverable, faster, more agile and fit better down narrow trails better then any 4 wheeler. Keep tearing it up in Indiana, love your speedway, greetings from Massachusetts 🫡🇺🇲🤙🏼
I have the 2017 Massimo Knight 700 pretty much the same machine as yours. Paid half as much as I would have for a Honda 700 pioneer. No major issues with mine. I had to replace the muffler after it cracked but it was done under warranty. I'm about ready to put some new tires on mine. Very happy with my purchase.
Ayy I bought mine couple months ago. Got around 15 hours on it so far, absolutely love it. No issues yet, knock on wood. Watched your videos prior to buying it🤙🏻
Yeah I’ve really put a impact on them, and really gave people the courage to buy them. I love mine and only thing that kind of irritates me is I’ve told rural king that I’ve help sell there UTVs and just asking for like a little sponsoring or just something small but they never got back with me so. But reall thankful everyone is getting what they need out of my videos and thanks for the support.
Thanks for the good information here. Did not think you were going to climb that hill. Glad you didn't flip it back on yourself. Your timing was excellent on the throttle. Got to say too, I loved your Southern drawl. I might just buy a Hisun so I can talk like that. :). Glad you didn't drive through the pond you're making. You had me worried there for a couple of seconds. Thanks and Cheers!
Your very welcome 🙏🏻 yeah I was trying them when I sent it a little to hard about went to the moon 🌝 yeah I’ve always been told I have a twang to some people. But always grew up in the country and most of my family don’t have it so idk where it came from. Yeah that’s make a good video wouldn’t it going through the pond lol have a great day hope you subscribe and come back God bless
Thanks for your video. I have a 2016 750cc crew cab and having some issues with low end, take off, and over revving. Definitely have used it for work and it will run over 50mph but takes a while to get there. Hopefully between you and HiSun USA, I can get mine right and start making some very cool videos. Thanks again
Thanks for this! I just ordered the same UTV here in Northern Norway. Waaay cheaper then any competitors. I was just curious about the quality but searching anound the internet and seeing ur video was one of the reasons i decided to buy it. Just waiting for it to arrive now!
Get ahold of me so we can try to work something out I will try to walk you through everything I know about them and kinda see what’s going on with yours
Have you ever had to change the rubber door hinge on the doors? I have had my 550 for five years and now finally broke. Just wondered if you did and save me some time trying to figure out how to do it. Thanks in advance John
I have two 550 bought one while the other one was having engine rebuilt 3 years old new one 3 years new in shop having engine has to be rebut 3 thousand dollars each we take care of them not to mention you can't find any to work on them Rural king were is bought them says they don't any thing about them
Thanks Landon. I bought the Coleman Outfitter 550(about the same machine). Brought it home and set parking brake. It won’t release…tried rocking it and pumping brakes many times. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Just bought one today. Not sure I understand the display on the 4WD vs 2WD or the Front locking differential. Do you have a video of that. Also have you any suggestions on how to level a path through the woods with it? Small Disc set? Thanks for your videos.
And the display screen when you put it in 4 wheel drive on mine it shows it then when I hit 4 wheel lock there and that shows on the body and my step dad gave me the disc I was pulling just a 6 disc pull behind and your welcome
You have a new subscriber brother. Keep the videos coming. I have 3 little girls and are thinking about getting the 4 seater version. What’s your opinion?
I think it would be a good idea unless you have it if hill idk how the low clearance in the middle would be but yes I would recommend it and that for the support
You sir... know how to record an entertaining video that give prospective buyers the useful kind of information people want to know. Are these automatic, with locking 4WD? I was looking at a Polaris Ace 570 and the 4WD system I'm told works more like an AWD system--not as good. How fast will she go and how much does it weigh? I especially need reliability, but I absolutely hate paying the inflated prices of the big brand names. Just because it's Chinese, doesn't mean it's garbage!
Yes it 4x4 with locking front end it has saved me many of times and not sure on the weight I could find out and I’ve still got mine and it does well it will do 45 max yes automatic one gear
For more torque… just change the sprockets. A few teeth difference is size…. And you will gain something like 30% more torque. Does yours have a chain on the final drive or is it gearboxes? My Sector 250 is a chain. You can do the same with gearboxes but it is more intensive
How do you adjust the parking brake. When I loaded on the trailer I have to throw a block behind the wheel. I'm not young anymore and got knocked down because it rolled back while I was trying to get off the trailer. Thanks
i have a used 2017 Cub cadet challenger 550 made by hisun. It "jumped time" no one wants to work on it or get inside. Can you look st and repair for me?
My question doesn't have anything to do with the baffle. I just bought a 2017 hsun 550 . Have you had any problems with the timing chain or the flywheel key breaking. I watched one of your videos about installing the in line fuel filter and ordered a new injector. New plug. It is getting fire at the plug and fuel. Looking for more of your Videos. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks for the Video,s
I’ve had no trouble with mine beside the injector but I would check for spark and stuff pull plug and put it back in and turn key and turn it over to check for spark
Where the digital gages are it shows your miles then changes to a number like 17-14 what does that mean? The numbers change, goes back to mileage or hours whatever you have set
I really wanted to hear your review but, I can’t hear you well enough (audio is extremely low). I finally gave up and searched for other reviews. Good luck with your future videos.
Why would you want a noisy utv? I bought a tracker 800 because it was super quiet! Most GUYS want a quiet stealthy UTV to use for hunting. Electric utv are even becoming popular because they are quiet.
I did it for a guy that committed wanted to hear it I put it back in quit as a bird man I just do what people ask me to do. I won’t ever get anything electric. Cost more to fix all the stuff that goes wrong with them just my opinion. Just like Tesla people are junking them because it cost as much as the car for a new battery
@@embracetheoutdoors7232 yeah I don’t get the electric thing either and o wouldn’t buy one…. But noisy ATVs and UTVs only earn us motorheads hate from the public.
@@AAA-nq6bo I get you dude I do I only did it for a fan right back on it went I can’t handle it loud especially when I road ride I like to hear my self think and hear the Bluetooth radio I put in the bed
@@embracetheoutdoors7232 I know you may get this all the time but I’m just worried about this machine holding up over time ? I usually do all my maintenance so that isn’t an issue.
@@ariesnc6320 I’ll be completely honest man I was surprised with it I’ve had mine 3 years this month and I would get the brand Hisun and not Coleman but yeah I have the 550 and I’ve had no problems with it beside the injector and I have a video on that too if you wanna watch me change it and put fuel filter on it. But yeah I think it should be fine just know if you have to get ahold of them it a pain but all round take care of it you should be fine
Yeah them and Coleman are pretty well the same but I’ve seen a lot of videos of the different brands beside Hisun have motor trouble some times but can’t say for sure but mine has done good for almost 3 years
I don’t know what it gets a gallon but I drove it 80 miles one day still had a lot of gas left it goes a long way and that was running 40 the whole time and it’s gas
Yeah I’ve owed it 3 years now I just wish Hisun would appreciate, how much I’ve made them grow and stuff like that but I’m just trying to leave a legacy and show you don’t always need name brand items and turned out to be an alright buggy some stuff I don’t like and some stuff I do. Thanks for watching and have a great day
We appreciate that enjoy the unit bro nd before long Hisun will just as big as cam am Honda just can’t be the price nd the things that comes with our units that u would have to pay extra for anywhere else
I can get alot of stuff off Amazon. Not had to much problem with it in 3 years about to change oil on it and I heard if you try to go threw them it’s hard to get stuff but Amazon is best bet
Sweet. I've been looking at one for a few years just haven't made up my mind it didn't help I've heard a bunch of bad things. Lol. Did you have to go through a bank for a loan or could you buy it through the store?
@@juliuscullum6596 went thro a bank but I paid it off in about 5 months and I would recommend getting one from rural king and Hisun brand not Colman or stuff like that just Hisun even tho they don’t do much since I’ve help sell around 10 or more of these but just telling people it’s a good one
Dude everything is made in China even components for Polaris Yamaha Suzuki etc. haters gonna hate I remember when that’s an entire order and the Hyundai stellar and pony were absolute garbage even the Honda car junk back in the day yes but now look at it you gotta remember the price point of these things as well I mean it’s a Chevy product as good as a Mercedes or Porsche perhaps my Chevy isn’t in the dealership hardly ever compared to my friends Mercedes I have a neighbour with a Land Rover it’s always in the shop and they paid big money for that these things are near half the price even if you had to do maintenance on it there’s money to work with to have that done have you ever even been in one of these things
@@randyburns3842 really appreciate this brother and yeah I just put these out showing you don’t always need name brand and some brands that are off brands are really good. And your right everything is made in china or some where over seas but yeah I love mine
