My friends at ToroTrail have recently upgraded their entire fleet of off-road bikes to the new for 2019 Husqvarna FE250 and 350 machines. I was very lucky recently to get invited out to their fabulous Malaga HQ to give one a try. As an off-road numpty I opted for the 250cc version - more than hairy enough for me - and thoroughly enjoyed the experience riding with Lyndon and TWAAPT! This video is sort of a combination review of the bike and a look at what ToroTrail does - stand by for the bonus at the end!....hope you like it!

I mountain bike during winter in UK and my old MTB had magura brakes on it, never had any issues what-so-ever. Excellent after care brand too with continued service support for many years after the model was superseded.

Fantastic vid Andy. Love dirt bikes and ride nothing else from in my teens in the 70’s, trials, motocross etc. They’ve come on a bit since nice then 😉! All my off reading is on MTB’s nowadays but always fancied having another crack with a engine attached....the new electric Ducati might sort that one out! Glad you enjoyed it!

Offroading over there looks quite nice. Here in the Netherlands offroading is only possible at some gravel and sand roads. Outside any road is forbidden almost everywhere.

My guess is a lot of that vibration you felt was those off road biased nobblies on the tarmac. Bet it smoothed out a lot on the dirt. Very gentle off road sections though. Would of loved to see your off road biking skills being improved on with the assistance of Lynden and Husky. Is TMF attending off road school a future vid?

Got a FE350 2015 not long ago for supermoto. Love the Husqvarnas! Been watching Twaaaps Toro videos for a while and I'm extremely envious. Would love to do ToroTrail or Adventure some day. But between spending on going Supermoto racing with Scottish Supermoto and other things, I just don't think I'll be able to afford it any time soon. Lovely video as always! Thank you!

@@TheMissendenFlyer I'm not too badly paid ( I can't afford a garage of six bikes ;) ), and I can think of worse things to do than my current occupation, but I know what you mean about spending the short time on this planet. I guess lots of jobs just get a bit boring after a few decades of doing them, even the better ones. The lucky people are those who really love what they do and get well paid for it. As much as I like motorcycles, I'm not sure I'd want Peter Hickmans and the rest of the road racers job, even if I could do it ! Now Lewis Hamilton's job in a much safer motorsport I guess I wouldn't have minded.

Magura are top notch (German I think) kit. They make the hydraulic clutches also used on the top KTM bikes (SA, SD, SD GT).

I've been on holiday in Marbella for two weeks and one thing I've noticed is that no, and I mean no bike riders out here wear any gear at all apart from helmets from mopeds to super sports bikes it's espadrilles, shorts and t-shirts all the way .

Sorry I dozed off after the walk around. Offroad?? Nah, not my definition, so was disappointed. But the bike appeals, 105 kg, lightweight Single, must be brilliant on soft gravel, sand, rocky outcrops - get the drift Andy! Oh but 9k yipes. For a bike you are just going to slide, drop, hit rocks, never clean, and have a ball . . . . Lucky sods 😊

A great vid, Andy. I learnt to ride on a dirt bike when I was 13 (39 years ago 🤫) so I’ll always have a soft spot for them. I’ve not ridden off road for around 15 years, but that looks good fun out in Spain and the trails look fairly easy for an old boy, like me. Ah I see you swapped to your special wheelie clothes 😉. It was all going so well until you mentioned the £8.5k price! Single cylinder, small, almost mountain bike brakes, plastic, going to drop it a fair bit I guess but then smack a big price on it. Kind of goes against my idea of what dirt bikes is all about but I guess that’s the market now. Overpriced bikes in all sectors are here to stay.
