Youall done went and found a sand box for big boys.... and it was complete with its own toy store! Man. I have to get out more.... Thanks for taking me along for the fun!
Way to go, Mike! Great fun video with some real honest opinions about the machines you tried out. Congrats on the Hyundai excavator soccer ball challenge, you showed 'em who's BOSS. Jamie Mrs. SOT Metalworks is a great camera lady and always smiling, you're lucky to have her looking after you at this venue 2 thumbs up for her. A good time was had by all by the looks.... Doug@ the "ranch"
There not a Hitachi by no means. Best excavators ive ever owned are Hitachi. Ive had komatsu/jcb/ insley (years ago) Hitachi. Now since 2007. All Hyundai except my 330 is a deere
Looks like you all had a great time at the show. Nice to be able to go and look and check out the different equipment and see what the best fit for your business and pocket book. Keep up the great videos
I'm all farm background so forgive me for having the farmer mentally in the dirt world (I'm told it's not always a bad thing)but that is a serious toy shoppers world ,we have crawler , excavator, and skisteer , strictly amature but we do a lot of improvements on our own ground and I've grown to prefer the construction stuff to farm equipment! Those big trenchers and mulchers are particularly interesting ! Thanks for taking us along and letting us see you really enjoy yourself!
Not sure what brand they are, but I have seen a few of those wheeled excavators running around here in southern Idaho. Mostly looks like they use them to clean up irrigation canals and ponds. Cover a lot more area without having to load and unload them all day. Equipment shows are always a good place to find more expensive tools that you don't really need, but just really want.
Haha well done Mr Dirt Perfect loved the video as always! 👍👍 It never ceases to amaze me how far the technology has come in the heavy equipment world , we went from steam powered to high flow hydraulics that do all kinds of crazy things in less then 100 years!!😳🙂👍
Chris I think that you are the best champion and you are a very nice guy with a lot of experience and you have my respect cause I have subscribed to your channel before dirt perfect
I really enjoyed this video. I live in the Philippines about 9 months out of the year and Hyundai is very popular here, I've only been on one for a few minutes but was very impressed with it also. They got many many Chinese brands here that I never heard of, but most say they don't last and getting parts for them are almost impossible, but they are cheap to buy. No Volvo there except the one with the attachment?
I've never seen a country with more excavators than the Philippines. Cat is the most popular but I think Hyundai would be second. They do appear to hold up well here in spite of the many bad operators using them.
Funny how you don’t have proof of the fastest time with the Hyundai 🤔 I feel like you paid them off! 🤣. Looks like a blast I’m making it next year for sure!
Mike if you lean towards Hyundai. Let me know ive had quite a few. Have owned a few used ones and have bought 4 new ones over the years. There 140. Is the balls for speed and timing.
Yup. Will agree. My buddy has 145 zero. Hates it. Rocks like a some bee. My favorite is there 140. Sits flat. And. Sooooo fast. I can get more done in a day over there 160. Because its got perfect timing. And much faster then there 160
So it’s bad enough that you get on my girlfriends(mrs SOT) Voxer and rub it in my face that you are trying to steal her but then you add insult to injury by shooting s video with her by your side for the most part............ All jokes aside, looks like it was a good time and y’all had fun! Thanks for sharing.
I thought you wheee coming to town this weekend so we could settle this like men face to face but you bailed 😜😂😂😂😂 no hope you get to visit soon and thanks
Before you buy any cordless tools you'll want to check out a RU-vid channel AvE. He's a machinist that does all sorts of tool teardowns and reviews. He does not accept products from companies to review. Most of the proceeds from his channel goes to purchasing the tools he reviews. So it is going to be the least biased review I personally think you can get. I He tears them apart to check how well they're built and tests them to see if manufacturer claims are valid. Full disclosure he has does swear a bit so shouldn't watch any vids with the kids around. He's also hilarious.
