Nice review, Anton. This Basic SUV, add a black 20 inch Rims, overall look will definitely change for the better. Sometimes, base models are better (and always practical).
I"ve been driving almost 42 years now, i dont need rear wipers and those rear camera assist. I dont even use them. But isuzu muX is the best in pulling, in europe they use dmax in their towtrucks. and 90% of the trucks here in the philippines are isuzus
With current chinese brand that out in the market with same price, maluluma ang isuzu ng Chery Tiggo 8..good interior, exterior, and more techmology with sun roof pa.. And 10 yrs warranty, 5 years general warranty and 3 years free pms. Hopefully, gayanhin ng mga japanese and korean car and offer ng mga chinese brand like Chery..mukhang tinipid tayo ng mga japanese car
Base models are rather refreshing, since they make you think about, what you really need, and how much you really have to pay for a new car. Some of the deletions on this are a bit weird though like the rear wipers and non adjustable aircon and steering wheel. Even at 1.3M I would expect that kind of features to be included.
Problem is there are other brands than Isuzu in the market. And especially with aggressive discounting a model like the Montero loom large. Its no wonder, the Montero is poised to take second place on the podium this year after the Vios. I think, they got the pricing of this one right, but features like the rear wiper, adjustable aircon and adjustable seat should not have been deleted. That is just to mean, even for a base model.
And very much discontinued but I think thats not the point. This is the successor to the Alterra and is not in the same tier as Crosswind/ Adventure/ Revo
Thank you for this review. Not everyone aims to go for the "top of the line models" some would want to just get the "basic" but actuality gets you from point a to point b and that's not bad at all. =)
Alexander Castro You also need to be aware especially of smaller vehicles behind you while driving using your rear-view mirror. Having rear wipers makes it easier during a heavy downpour para di ka mabigla pag may sumulpot na lang at mag overtake sa iyo. Iwas aksidente. Pag ganyan kalaki ang SUV, dapat standard na ang rear wipers. Pero kung ayaw mo ng extra safety feature na yan sa sasakyan mo so be it ✌️
Nice video presentation. Less bells & whistles, less parts to break as it age. I even prefer the Manual Transmission, I intend to use for 15 years when purchased.
What will u do with all that techs. The more parts the more maintenance. And it will costs u more. Plastics are practical and easy to clean and maintain. U need an Suv and thats what u get. No nonsense extras. But it would be good f its has a rear wiper. It for safety. Very good review.
Rearwipers are important di mo pa yata nararanasan bumiyahe sa after rain road na may putik putik na mag bblock ng rearwindshield mo. Vacuum effect, it is helpful i promise.

Very tempting offer from Isuzu, but when you really think about it if you are willing to spend 1.3M on that very bare model why not add a couple of hundred thousands more for a better model.
200k - 300k is already a big amount to send your child in his/her 1st yrs of college or it's already a big amount to improve or to make extension in a house. Aanhin ang 2.4L - 2.8L engine kung most of the time city driving dn lang nman? At dto pa sa pinas na hindi ka makaharurot dahil sa traffic? Aanhin ang malakas na engine kung in every 5yrs eh once lng nman aakyat ng baguio? Aanhin ang malakas na engine kung may limit dn lng nman ang pagpapatakbo sa expressway? Right or right?

In my opinion, the difference in Autodeal and Autoindustriya is that... Autodeal review will inspire you to buy a car without seeing it personally, too many flowery words. Autoindustriya review will inform you what the car really look like in actual its so detailed up to the smallest part. Try to compare this MU-X 1.9-liter RZ4E, in autodeal I liked it but here in this review I found out those things that if I see in actual, will just disappoint me and will check other variants instead. The camera angles here show those parts I want to see.
Our mux is just 1 year and 5 mos. And surprise!! WE GOT HEADACHES !!! SUDDENLY IT WONT START !!! I dont know if it's the battery or the starter but i think it is too early to have CAR HEADACHES PROBLEMS!!!!!
Car battery only,replaced it,dont say it give you headaches,replace the battery,1 year warranty for battery,if exact 1 year ask your dealer to replace it or buy a new one.
guys sa mga owner ng mux 1.9l na base model ask ko lng po magkanu nagagastos nyo sa PMS sa first 1 year po ninyo. salamat po ng marami sa magrereply.Godbless

Does it have a manual transmission? I would rather trade the automatic to a manual for an adjustable steering wheel or additional safety equipment feature
I'm just wondering with car manufacturers here in the Phils., why are they keep on manufacturing cars with sunroof in our country? Well, maybe, to add more design? Well, sunroof is not advisable in a country which has no winter season. Just think about it guys. Opening your car in a hot country like the Philippines.🤔🤔🤔
The 2, "Bang for the Buck" big cars: Ford Ranger XLS 4x4 MT and this monster right here, the Isuzu MUX 1.9L A/T. When I'm finished paying for my Ranger, I'll definitely pick this SUV up: 1. Great Looks (it grew on me) 2. Great Steering Wheel feedback 3. Monthly should be around 25-27k (amazing!) 4. Impressive Fuel Economy 5. Decent Speed and Torque 6. Decent Durability 7. Automatic Transmission (for city driving comfort) 8. Just right comfort inside the cabin If you have money to spare, at around 34k monthly you can also select the Nissan Terra for a significantly higher HP and Torque values, and improved tech all around.

May nakakaalam po ba ng fuel consumption nito for city and highway? And mas matipid po ba ito kesa sa fortuner? Balita ko ang fortuner is around 9-11 km/l in the city
Isuzu like wth? why delete rear wipers and adjusting aircon zones if you want to cost cut do it on other things like steel rims or normal headlights. :(
@@noj1ytkung gusto mo mabilis try mo yung 3.0 liter na variant ung lolo ko kasi may 3.0 liter bluepower mas mabilis sya kumpara sa 3rd gen na montero tried both of them recently pero mas boto ko parin montero ko dami kasi safety features unlike sa mux ;)
Van Tom parang yung MU-X lang din na 3.0 luma na din yung mismong makina ah. Kung tutuusin, mas nauna pa nga yun lumabas kaysa yung 2.5 ng Terra ngayon. Unang lumabas yung D-Max nung 2004 kaya 15 years na ito ginagamit dito. Mag-research ka din pag may time. Kaya lang naman hindi madala ng Nissan yung bagong makina ng Terra dito kasi hindi pa Euro VI compliant ang mga gasolina dito pero di hamak mas malakas pa yung 2.5 nilang luma kaysa yung makina ng Isuzu ngayon.
@@w1ldm4n82 luma pero mas matipid parin 3.0 na MuX kaysa Terra lalo na ung 1.9 punta ka sa 1.9 sa fb pakitaan ka dun na umaabot sa 30km per liter yun mga end user na tlaga hindi isuzu personnel..my point is its better to get a much better fuel efficient suv to combat the fluctuating price of fuel this days
