You have all those issues no fridge no doors on the cabin’s passenger seat then you talking about upgrading the price already 100k and better after taxes. The spot market is trash nobody spending that kind of money. Unless you have a good cushion to last a year. You not going to make a profit the way things are. What do you ask for down payment??? Do you have in house financing? What you credit score has to look like? Let me know.
