These are nice looking, first video I've seen from a dealer. I've looked through the brochure I requested from Lincoln, I'm considering staying with Lincoln which my Town Car Signature is the first Lincoln I've had for 4 years which still like.
People tell you they want you to save gas, but really they think they're saving the planet by having your car shut off for 2 seconds. When you start a vehicle, that is when the engine gets the most wear, becasue the engine is moving metal on metal it isn't all oiled up yet. And if you stop at a stop light, and you car shuts off. Your car is just using your battery. So you're gonna wear out your battery sooner, you're gonna wear out your starter, and you're gonna wear out your engine. But you saved a nickle on gas. At the stop light. You're better off turning off the start stop and letting the engine keep running. I have a ford f150 with the stsrt stop, I always turn off the stsrt stop. And when I'm at a stop light. I'm idling at like 600 rpms, so you're barely using any gas. And like I said, it's keeping itself oiled up its keeping the battery charged while it stays running. It's very annoying when you stop at a light it shuts off and the light is instantly green. So it turned off for a quarter of a second. But this guy is a salesman so there is no negatives about the cars a salesman sells.
Sorry you were sort of sitting near the Subaru dealership there at a red light; anyway, this is a very nice video the sales gentleman seems like a very knowledgeable and personable individual; Nautilus seems like a really nice vehicle, and I hope this man sells a large number of them. Sorry, I don't live anywhere near the dealership.
Yes it is. That's why it has those 20" directional two tone wheels & cooled front seats. Only the Reserve trim has these wheels & it's the first trim to have cooled front seats
I thought it was lame centering on the 2019? Lane keeping on 2018, yes? Why was drivers seat so far back? Start stop is not cool at all. Driver console (speedometer) looks empty. Will you make a complete video showing lighting, adaptive cruise, auto hold, security, park and unpark, etc?
Hi Wylliam, thanks for watching! Yes, lane centering. There's so many different names for the technology, but they are all the same. Start stop is personal preference, but it can help you save fuel!
Smail Lincoln thanks for your prompt response! From my reading, lane centering is a refined function within adaptive cruise control vs lane keeping is the general function. FYI, not buying a Lincoln to save a smidgent of fuel with an annoying start/stop function. Hopefully you will forward this feedback to Ford/Lincoln. Thanks
