I have had my Nissan since 2015, it is a 2013 and I have 83,000 miles on it. Bought it with 24, 000 miles. No problems with anything. I love it. It is the SL 3.5. It is loaded. I get great mileage. I get up to anywhere from 450 to 600 miles per tank. I take many road trips and it is very comfortable for me and my 6ft 4 in. husband. I will probably add another 60,000 miles before I consider getting another. Pretty excited about the all wheel drive on the newer models since I live in snow country.
My mom had her 2014 Altima for 5 years til she paid it off, 3 months ago she went for a oil change and fix the ac. Then she asked about the new Altima and she got the LS the same day. We both love it!
Just bought an Edition One, absolutely love it. Just wish it had something like the ZF8 transmission + paddle shifters and AWD, that would have put it over the top.
Had a 2015 Chrysler 200 black rims and tints traded it in for a 2019 Nissan sr color red and I love it! My gf has a new Chevy Malibu and my Nissan is by far better then Chrysler and Chevy Malibu...good job Nissan
@@nissanusa Don't know if I can religate it to just one thing but the heated seats, the smooth ride, the blind spot detectors. Just overall, I am pleased with it and I haven't even open the sun roof yet.
@@freddyramirez7218 Yes it does. It's a great feature. Once you set you controls for like heat and heated seats you can comfortably get in your vehicle and not have to wait for it to heat up.

I don't understand Nissan trim naming. Here an SR is lower than SV, but on other vehicles, like the Kicks, the SV is lower than the SR. You should have a consistent trim naming across all vehicles.

Wasay Ather No problems on this car. Right now I have about 11,000 miles. The gas mileage is good. This car is smooth, quiet, and comfortable ride. I loved the exterior and interior design.
@@miguelircontar I got the Altima SR in sunset drift, the dealer I went to didn't have that color they actually had to get it from a different dealer but they didn't want too, that one came with the Premium package but 3 things I'm trying to get from Nissan, 1) External ground lighting 2) illuminated kick plates 3) interior accent lighting that brings multiple color options. How much was it with install for your external ground lighting ? And how do you like it? I'm sure it makes the car stand out when you hit unlock during the night.
Joseph Perez I wanted the Premium package bc I wanted the sunroof lol I do have a spoiler too I love the sunset color bc on the website it’s 395 I don’t know how much it was to instal but I know also online it cost 300 something dollars and I do love it bc I had a 2017 Nissan Sentra S before and the Altima is 10 times better I bet you are loving yours And I know everyone bitch about Nissan CVT but I actually don’t mind it It’s the Sentra that had the worst CVT feeling
@@miguelircontar Yeah bro, that sunroof is sick, makes it a lot better in my opinion. People complain about everything bro. Yeah CVT has a bad reputation but I also see so many Nissan's in the street running on 10 years so they're also reliable. I believe it also depends on how you drive the car and if you service it on time. What dealer did you use? I used nissan of van nuys in CA. So your SR came with the external ground lighting ?
Nissan you guys should really have that Sunset Drift color available on all trims... some of us don’t want to slum around in an inferior trim level just to have that awesome color... I wanted the Platinum AWD in that color bruh
SR is the best one. I Got that sunset drift SR with premium package and even people I meet with "higher" trim levels say mine is better. Interior is better, that orange stichting all around is insanse.
My 2019 SV always smells like coolant after a drive. I've had it 4 months and it's been that way for 3. The coolant level isn't moving. But it makes me nervous. With every other car I've owned, if you get out and get punched in the face with a coolant odor, you have a leak. I took it back to the dealer and they say they pressure tested the coolant system and it was fine. Still makes me nervous.
Chad Pugh that’s weird because my mom has a sv she doesn’t smell anything we’ve had it for 7 months maybe you have a lemon or it’s a simple problem whith cooling unit
@@aidenmyers7989 thx for your reply. I had Nissan pressure test the cooling system. They said it passed. As far as it being a lemon, I guess time will tell. But my fingers are crossed.
I love mine. I've had the SV for about 5 months now. I keep hearing how bad their transmissions are. We'll see. Also, it has a GDI engine. Never had one. But because the gas sprays in the cylinder not over the intake valve, I've heard that VW engines of that type suffer from dirty valves. Again... we'll see.
I think Nissan get so much hate because they are selling alot of cars people keep talking about these CVTs but mine has 288.000 miles on it I will always but CVT every car I had with automatic trans failed
It's exciting that this newly redesigned Altima is now better-looking than the previous gens, but it now has all wheel drive, and a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine borrowed from Infiniti. Accord, Camry, Malibu, and other mid-size sedans better watch out.
Your costumers have been complaining about that CVT since 2007! Get rid of it! It makes no sense how y’all still offer this as the only transmission. Y’all used to be my favorite car company!
Don’t forget to service your CVT Transmission! Possibly the worse transmission ever, BUT with proper service, it will last. Had mine parked on the driveway months after purchase, it suck paying for something you can’t drive.

XXDJOZXX Seriously Man. It’s like they don’t care. Ppl have been complaining about that CVT since 2007 and they still use that POS. I really believe that they don’t care what we want anymore which is why I’m trading my 17 Altima 3.5SL for a Accord 6spd or Mazda 6

DON'T Buy any Nissan or Infiniti! I had a 1998 Nissan Sentra, now a 2009 Nissan Maxima, My husband has a 2015 Infiniti, and my mom has a 2012 Nissan Altima. My sentra shuddered all the time and would jerk back and forth with about 80k on it. My mom's car just died with only 159k. My car has 149k and has issues with trans and a/c clutch. Their whole line of CVTS are junk! I will never own another Nissan again!
Just because your car is bad doesn't mean every Nissan is hun I have a 2005 Murano with around 280k miles and I never suspected anything wrong with the CVT or engine
I love altimas. But this car just isn’t for me. The interior Looks all big like every other car with a hudge touchscreen witch I dislike and the looks of the car I don’t like. I will probobly just buy a 2015 or 2018
That would be non of them there garbage the transmissions are Junk .. I will continue to trash Nissan until they make good on the lemon my wife has .. So if you like setting at the dealer shop every few months buy one ..
Dear Nissan how hard is it to offer the 7 Speed auto that you offer in the Infinitis?! You know that transmission sucks the life out of every vehicle yet you still offer it.
