An extraordinary Toyota advertising . A Toyota customer asked why Toyota cars (with some exceptions) do not have hydraulic or gas cylinders/pistons to support the hood. Toyota replied: why would you need such parts, when you lift the engine hood, only once a year, when you do the technical inspection (filters and oil changed). I'm a Toyota lover!!! For over 15 years, I have had and only have Toyota cars and I don't even want to hear about other brands.
How can you say that? This youtuber dont know how to drive correctly a Toyota hybrid car. Is always flooring the accelerator. He doesn't understand how transmission works on this cars. You need to drive for 4000km at least to fully know the system. You can at 140kmh and consume 5l100km, Just get foot out of accelerator and gentily press again only enough to maintain the speed
Thank you for the test drive , love this car.For a city car would you recommend the chr or the yaris hybrid? Lastly i would like to suggest to use a pov camera.
Yaris Cross is cheaper and has the upgraded lithium-ion battery making it a lighter package. It also doesn't have a blind spot the size of the titanic.
Can't stand those gearboxes that function like a cvt... In addition a BMW 320i is more efficient when driving on the autobahn >120kmh. I hate these hybrids. I wish more manufactures would implement a hybrid concept like Honda did with the CRZ: just a manual gearbox.
@@TESTDRIVEFREAK , This is absolutely correct. I bought one in November and even driving in and out of the city at the same time, it's doing an average of 4.3.... Fantastic car, nothing to say until now. I just don't like not having a spare tire. I decided to buy one, I feel safer and besides that once used that foam, we keep the tire unusable and we have to buy one. Excellent channel, keep the good work. Merry Christmas to the whole family.
@@claptoned0 I do about 100 kilometres a day, so I think Camry would be better suited to my needs, I had one on a weekend test, about 6.5L per 100 km, that's the same as my diesel but eh, I want an upgrade
