Hi, I have a True T-19 Freezer that has a differential of only 1 degree Celsius causing it to cycle every few minutes. What is the code on the controller for extending this time? Thank you
I have a True T-49 freezer and is it normal for a freezer to start running (you can hear the humming sound) after about 5 mins plugging in? I set it to temp -5 and left it on for 24 hours. It was still 77 degree. Anyone idea? Thanks

Armando, it's sounds as if you need a technician to take a look at the unit. "Hi" means the refrigeration system didn't reach temperature in the allotted amount of time.
