We Tibetans believe anyone could have been your mother in the many, many previous lives. Let meet in Tibet, when there is no OPRESSION anymore. We miss our brothers and sisters in Tibet.
This song is called "Aku Pema" translated as "Uncle Lotus" in English. It is widely believed that this is a metaphor used for the Dalai Lama and that it is calling for his return back to Tibet.
Even me being a Tibetan can't understand because there are many dialects in Tibet according to which region you live. I believe this song was sung in the Amdo dialect. I only understand the language of the Tibetan capital Lhasa which is the common language among Tibetans.
Not even a single word of which no meaning is known and yet the music, especially their divine hauling which takes me to an unknown heaven some where distant in this universe. My pranaams and prayers for all the Tibetans.

Though I don't understand the language, I have listened this song more than 20 times... still not getting bored. I am not sure whether the music or the singing that doing magic on me.
I found the Kingdom of Shambhala in my research of the Ngorpa Schools Kalachakra, if you are interested. I studied Tibetan at Paris University for five years.
